Discusting service, went in to get 3 treatments done, comes to tell me that they have no more product left, asked for juverdum but they use other products this is why they are so cheap, asked her I wanted to do my jaw but instead says “when you do your jaw there is so much blood coming out” it was the Asian nurse, she made me feel very uncomfortable and disgusted, never ever going here ever again, anytime someone asks me about come time I am going to rant

Ive had one of the best experiences at the Richmond Clinic. The nurse was really gentle and the results were amazing. She knew what she was doing and her skills were spot on. Always do and will recommend this clinic.

I had attended super expensive injectable clinics that leave you feeling disappointed and looking no different when you come out to before you went in. Cosmetique Richmond always does it exactly how I ask them to, I can change my mind if I’m going for a different look and also their treatments while being cheaper actually last as long if not longer than the over priced places. All up very happy with them and would not change, the staff are always lovely and it is usually nice and quick too.

So disappointed with my experience at Cosmestique.
Firstly the ‘clinic’ is a stark room with furniture stacked up high in
To a corner, I asked how long they had been there as it appeared they had just moved in. ‘About 5 years’ Not a welcoming vibe at all, this is when I just should have ran.
After discussing my concerns I was not shown the filler in the box so
unsure what I actually received and what I paid for. The injections were excruciating, when I asked for numbing gel or ice, ‘ We don’t do that here’ when I asked for a tissue as the injections made me sneeze, ‘We don’t have tissues’
When I was told I get a ‘free top up’ in 2 weeks I explained I was away and assured that would be ok. After following up on my email I sent 5 days ago I was told it was too late.
Such a negative experience all round. My wrinkles have hardly softened 3 weeks later. Such an unprofessional business - and total waste of my money and time. I will never recommend Cometique to anyone.

Such a great experience the nurse was super clear in explaining the process and post-care treatment, felt super comfortable during the process!

In 2021 booked for a consultation, said I was there for a consultation but was forced to pay upfront for my lip filler, lip flip and cheek filler. The nurse using a injection of anesthesia on my lips which instantly caused swelling and bruising, but continued to inject the filler. She also used filler for the lip flip. The cheek fillers were very visibly uneven. The result was horrendous and took over a month to settle down. Very uncaring and unprofessional with no check ups. Being made to pay before the consultation was a huge red flag and I wish I walked out.

I had the worst experience at Cosmetique Richmond clinic which landed me in the Emergency Department. I had two procedures anti wrinkle & filler. The nurse used the same syringe in two spots which caused a major infection on my face. I needed two doses of antibiotics (oral & intravenous) the dr had told me this was due to lack of hygiene. My lips will never be the same. I was botched.
Cheaper is never better when it comes to your face.

I had my lips done at cosmetique richmond. It was my first time injecting my lips ever since 2016 and my friends recommended cosmetique so i thought I'll try them. I put 1ml filler only and my top lip has a dint now and it looks so bad I hate it. I got the dint and the lump from 1st day which was the 17th of February. Ever since I have been contacting and visiting cosmetiue for a solution and all they are doing is telling me to wait for a reply from the compliance team. Iam still waiting and I am very disappointed with their customer service.

DO NOT GO HEREI got 2 rounds of Botox treatments here. The first time it worked. Although expensive I was happy with results. Second time, had “treatment”and nothing changed. I paid 600 dollars and it didn’t work. $600 and no result. They told me I had grown immunity to Botox after only one treatment. After numerous calls, being put on hold and told I would be rung back and nothing. Emails of complaint. They finally got me back, stating they would complete the treatment. They did nothing but waste my time! Everything about Cosmetique is just wrong! OVERPRICED, RUDE, USELESS! Save your money and use moisturiser rather than go here

Oh I went to another place and it worked just fine. Excellent results, at a much lower price

In love with results absolutely will go back. This is a great affordable place to use, just be clear with what you want and notice your asymmetrys before going in to really plan where you want to touch up vs where you dont need it, is what i recommend

I got my lips done here a couple of months ago, they were good but a little asymmetrical so i came back (and paid another $200) and got them “touched up”. Which then lead to massive asymmetry so i reached out and they gave me a complimentary “touch up” which also ended up with massive lumps on my lips. Management was lovely throughout the process but when i decided to get them dissolved (after many visits to the clinic) they tried to get me to pay for it (and it’s not cheep). They have wasted hours of my time and i do not recommend this company to anyone, just because it is cheep doesn’t mean it is good.

Cosmetique is the worst possible clinic you could go to for any kind of treatment. They injected nose filler for me and not only completely ruined the shape of my nose but then charged me an extra $300 to dissolve it. I spent roughly $900 to walk out crying and feeling worse about myself. They have rude uneducated staff. Are so unreliable seriously do not recommend.

The worst anti wrinkle treatment I have ever had.
One eye brow and sitting over an inch higher than the other. Had to find an actual dr to try fix and this company wouldn’t do a thing to rectify. Devastated

Do not waste your money.

I went to Richmond for my top up and was just as pleased and happy with the results as the last time! Very impressed with this clinic and all of the staff (including the lovely lady on the phone). Thank you all very much!

I highly recommend Cosmetique Richmond. I had an amazing experience getting lip filler and botox of the forehead. The process itself was straightforward with minimal discomfort and results so far have been great. Will be definitely using this clinic in the future for all my injectable needs!

Amazing experience at the Richmond clinic. The nurse was super friendly and informative and I felt completely at ease during the session. The results of muscle relaxant after two weeks were amazing. Very happy

Olivia is so lovely! I booked at 6pm on a Friday, and as expected things were running behind because this lovely nurse takes her time to make you feel so important. The doctors wouldn't answer their phone for the consent, and Olivia couldn't have been more professional, apologetic, and conversational. She was so supportive and encouraging and excited for me and my new lips! Call Cosmetique and book with Olivia, she's an absolute GEM!
