I completed the beginner's brow tattooing and microblading course with Shelley and couldn't be happier with my training! Being her first student of this course, I found her theory to be extremely thorough, but I've learned she has now added even more content to her information manuals for future students. As far as her mentorship goes, Shelley is so attentive and will go above and beyond to make sure you are as confident as possible (even if that means adding extra one on one sessions to get you there!). The price point for this course is great for all the invaluable training and experience I have gained, I am very impressed by Shelley and CTM as a whole.

Upon enquiring about two men's eyebrow waxing (last minute) Shalley and her team arranged to fit us in prior to the store opening that morning. From the get go, we experienced a professional, friendly and VERY welcoming atmosphere. I’ve had the absolute best experience with Shelley. I originally had my eyebrows microbladed elsewhere, and they had faded after just a few months into a bright pink block shape. She successfully covered my previous tattoo, and in a much more flattering shape. She’s so knowledgeable about what she does, and ensures your results are absolutely perfect. I could not be happier with my brows. I can FINALLY walk straight out the door without even looking in the mirror!

Shelley is certainly a cosmetic expert with a great personality! I had my lips, upper-lid liner and brows retouch. She makes you feel comfortable about the process from initial phone call through to healing. She follows up to make sure you’re happy. I can’t recommend her enough. My confidence restored that someone is capable of doing the right thing throughout what can be quite scary for some.

Today is my touch up, but from my first appointment to today not only have I come out having beautiful eyebrows and eyeliner done, Shelley has made the whole experience very enjoyable and her professional work is shown in how i look today. You will not be disappointed.
