So disappointed.she cancelled my appointment due to her misunderstanding. (she didn't read message properly) It wasn't my fault.she took consult fees from my deposit, i knew it says on policy but still.i'm very disappointed. I wonder why she didn't refund straight away at that time if she thought that i wanted to cancel. I had to follow up everyday until i get it back. Very unprofessional.

I have seen Louise three times now for my lip tattoo, I find Louise so professional and is definitely a perfectionist.
I go back to her once a year for a touch up on my lips as I have natural patchy lips lol but Louise is fantastic and I highly recommend her for any of her procedures.
