Cosi Bar Ristorante

The food was so delicious and our waiter was fantastic, very knowledgeable and attentive. I’ve lived in South Yarra for 10 years and have always wanted to try Cosi, and now I wish I’d gone there years ago and don’t know why I waited so long. I’ll definitely be back again soon.

This is a little slice on Italy on Toorak Road. The food was amazing, the creme brulee was spectacular and the hospitality was heart-warming. You feel like you're in their home rather than their restaurant. I would definitely be coming back.

We had an early dinner/meeting at Cosi and it was great. The food was delicious, the wines lovely and the service extremely friendly and relaxed. We all enjoyed the evening.

Overall great food and ambience
The flavours were beyond amazing
However, If I were to give a feedback I’d say that the gamberi risotto was too carb based and given the price could have had more prawns

The food and service and atmosphere here is top notch. We are regular diners here and food is consistently amazing. The moment you step through the doors and greeted, you feel like you’re in Italy. Everything is delicious but the cotoletta is best in town. We had a large gathering and the front of house and kitchen handled everything perfectly. We had the most wonderful day and we thank Cosi for the memories that will be spoken about for generations.

We dined at Cosi on Thursday for lunch. I hadn't been to Cosi for quite some time. The experience was excellent and the food magnificent. We had a quick look at the menu but the specials which were quite extensive sounded too good to pass up. Both my companion and I had the slowed cooked pork ribs and we absolutely loved it. The service was great and the coffee lovely. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Always a fantastic experience at Cosi. Our daughter is coeliac so Italian restaurants are generally a challenge for us. However the team at Cosi go out of their way to make sure there are plenty of options that are not even on the menu. Great service and even better food!

After hearing so many people rave about COSI we finally went there with two other couples

From the telephone booking it was clear we had found a place that tries that little bit harder
Omar, one of the owners took special care to look after us and our meal and dining experience were first class
Generous portions sizes, fresh tasty food well presented, an excellent wine list and very attentive table service

We had the best dining experience at Cosi. The steak was unlike anything that we’ve ever had and the carbonara and truffle ravioli was top notch as well. Michael gave us the best ever service and we had such an amazing time because of his expertise and friendly service. Would highly recommend this place.

For real Italian food and service go no further. The team at Cosi provide service over and above any other other restaurants in the area. I asked for a classic Italian dish not on the menu and of course it was no problem. Aglio Olio, simple dish but hard to get right. It arrived in minutes and was the best example of it I’ve had since Italy! The waiter picked a perfect accompaniment of wine. Great value, service and friendly.

Amazing food, I know I use the word amazing a lot but I would probably say this place should be ranked internationally. We went as a party and got a good spread of different food all of which was delicious. The service was fantastic and attentative, and I got to try a traditional italian saffron based liquor.

From the initial reservation conversation, all the way through to paying our final bill.the service provided by the Cosi team was absolutely outstanding.

Hosting our work Christmas party at Cosi was a wonderful experience enjoyed by all and we can't wait to return!

We took our 15 year old grand daughter to Cosi for a special experience and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the food superb. Luca our waiter was great. Highly recommend Cosi.

Our waiter, Michael, was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and charming.
The food was beyond perfect, with the entrée scallops being a highlight of the evening. Everything felt authentic and lovingly handmade, including the drinks.
The music, decor, and well trained staff all added to the environment of a great evening. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit to Cosi after reading several reviews. Felt as if I was instantly transported back to Italy, with the authentic decor and wait staff. Friendly attentive staff, extensive drinks menu, and an excellent Marinara made for a perfect lunch. Great ambience. Will be back.

This was our first visit to Cosi and we were very impressed. The staff were all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The food was simply sublime. The calamari was the most tender delicious calamari the 3 of us have ever had anywhere in the world. The lobster linguine special was delicious and the Italian sausage with mushroom, truffle and Parmesan pasta rich and incredibly tasty. Seriously the most amazing Italian food outside of Italy!
