We just installed your Dekton Zenith at our new house in Melbourne. The kitchen bench top cracked before we even moved in - it was a complete shock - nothing was even dropped on it. Very disappointed to hear that you don’t cover cracks in your warranties. If you are selling such a high end product you should be willing to stand behind it. I will not recommend your product to anyone and will be looking to a different product as a replacement. Extremely poor service.
