A great experience with Corso Body Works. Kat in particular, was so efficient and always responsive when I called. Highly recommended.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a car repair company. They were rude, lied to us about when they could fix our car, then they delayed repeatedly and after many many weeks of delaying said they could do it in 5 months. Hopeless! They were not honest or transparent or polite. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Friendly, most helpful and cost conservative service. Couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommended. I will be taking my Tesla model Y to Corso for all my car repair needs.

I was recommended to go here by Range Rover. I was extremely disappointed by the inadequacy of the service. I left my car for a whole week to be re-polished and when they called me that it was ready I came to pick it up and it hadn’t been done. I then had to come back for them to redo the car. Not to mention they charged 2k for a polish when I then got a quote from another place that said $500. Just a bit of a crook.

Car had a few scratches and Sam and the lads fixed it for free! So nice of them. Was done in no time too, really can’t recommend them enough as it looks spot on. There’s good people out there!

Over the past 5 years or so I've had to have repairs undertaken on my Volvo and Jaguar. Frank and the team at Corso have always been fantastic to deal with. The quality of service and the quality of the repair work has always been amazing. This morning after someone backed into my Volvo whilst parked and damaged the car I took it straight round to Corso and Frank again gave me honest and sound advice on what was the best way to proceed. Once again amazing service. Thank you

Went there for a quote today. Offered an honest quote, and buffed out two scuffs free of charge. What a pleasant experience. I can understand why they do work for Tesla and Land Rover. Highly recommended.

Corso Body Works performed a good repair and wash of my car, however I was far less impressed with the quality of customer service:
- At the time of my accident was quoted $1,760 repair interstate (at the most expensive body shop in Byron Bay). First quote provided by Corso was for $2,898 and when I complained about the enormous discrepency, the quote was reduced to $2,200, still 25% more than my initial quote.

- Attended on-site for the quote, was told I'd receive it by COB, had to chase it up several times over the next week.

- While car was in was told it would take 7-10 business days (Byron Bay repairer quoted me 3 business days). I called at 6 business days to ask for a more accurate completion time, was told "it'll be ready Thursday", without even being asked my name or which car I was calling about.

- Collected my car and found it had been driven 25KM while in repair. The technician told me the car was actually worked on at another body shop in Port Melbourne, but this still doesn't explain why it was:
a. Driven between sites at all.b. Driven significantly more than the return distance between the two body shops.

Wouldn't go back.

Have had to visit on a few occasions and have always been happy with the results. Excellent service.

Insurance repair for my Tesla Model 3. Repaired panel damage above rear wheel and paint damage. Covid safe check in and pick up. Expert job, completed in 8 days. Very happy with result.

Found good reviews here, decided to send my car to them. Wait is unbearable, due to lack of flights for parts out of Sweden. But Frank was super patient with my constant chasing and went out of his way to offer alternative transport. Where do you get such service these days? !

Sam promised to fix my Volvo with urgency and assist with the Insurance claim paperwork aspects. 110% Complete Transparency, Customer Service and quality craftsmanship. New 'Family' Volvo just collected today in time for our newborn due in 17 days. Thanks you so much Sam and team. Would not hesitate to recommend Corso to anyone. All Volvo drivers need to go here to get their repairs done without hesitation.

Rear bumper slightly dislocated in street parking due possibly by a hit and run. Went to Corso and met Frank who fixed it on the spot for free by pushing it back into position.
Awesome service and marketing. It was not a big job but could have cost a few hundred elsewhere.
