Have worked with them in different occasions in past.
Was promised that I'll be working in full time but didn't got what I was promised.some of the staff are very rude and idiots.
Please don't waste your time with them, their completely Useless.

Unprofessional, don't speak with any respect and expect you to comply to all their demands even if you are extremely unwell with a medical certificate.

Highly don't recommend, they love to twist words and create stories, big mouth Jamie cost me my partner his job because she doesn't know how to properly pass on information

In my entire working career I have had plenty of positive experiences. However, in my honest opinion, I would have to say Cornerstone HR was the least pleasant to work with. The staff here are extremely unprofessional and rude. Especially Kylie, who had left me utterly speechless on our last phone number where she was speaking in a passive aggressive manner towards me. I felt disturbed from my experience with Cornerstone HR and would not recommend it to others.

Racism and Discrimination

Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Cornerstone staff need training to know their code of conduct, and to follow policy and procedures by hiring people equally. Their problem is, it's who you know, not what you know. They only hire their friends, family or depending on your appearance. Very poor company and performance. Waste the darn star for them just to make a post. All their staff should be replace by other agency. So, why encourage people to sign up and not hire them. I wouldn't recommend them.

Absolutely disgusting. They aren't put together and not to mention the racism in the workplace. If you don't fit in you don't get shifts. Not to mention how they dealt with covid when it went through the workplace. Absolutely appalling.

Stay away people, this agency is real waste of time! They just want you to be on their list so they can get money from government!
You really have to be lucky to get good full 8 hr.job!

They are meant to be helping out with work and doing things right but calling you first thing in the morning saying we need you here but only give you 30 minutes notice then head office calls you to Abuse you over the phone because they can't get the shifts together

Got an ongoing job second day i signed up and i have been there ever since. Pay is reasonable and hours are good

Don't care about clients. Will not give any reasonable explanation to why they will not hire you for certain jobs. They do not help in anyway in finding other positions unless they like you on a personal level. Would not recommend as there are other agencies that are more friendly and will give assistance when needed. Cornerstone is the absolute WORST Job agency. Period.

Cornerstone doesn't care about OH&S or your health. They will work you in extreme conditions over 40c in a container. All my other job agencies won't let a person work in a container over 30-35c but this guys don't care about you. They will make you wear full length clothes, gloves, hat in 40+ heat and if you pass out, they wont call you again! They only care about their clients and DO NOT CARE about your health or well being. They will treat you like a number, not a person where everyone should avoid Cornerstone at all costs!
