I’ve had a wonderful experience at cornerstone, the mix of somatic and IFS therapy has made a huge difference to my everyday life and particularly my parenting. I highly recommend Al Jeffery who has been fantastic.

I found my experience at Cornerstone to be fantastic. The therapists were welcoming, compassionate and genuinely interested in my wellbeing. There was a focus on leaving me empowered with resources and tools that I could apply in my own life. I would highly recommend Cornerstone!
