Very bad service for not refunding the wrongly sent injectors.
Not far for the tradesmen.
Would not recommend full stop

Very disappointed in the service, I was supplied incorrect parts not once but twice then charged in full for a total of 8 injectors and when finally receiving the correct parts they would not refund for the incorrect parts supplied after being told to send them back for a full refund steer clear of cornell diesel systems you get told one thing and another thing happens

Totally unprofessional service and no returns or refund after they supplied the wrong injectors. Do not recommend to anyone!

First time using Cornell Diesel systems. Customer service is top level. Went well beyond the standard to help me out with an issue with my injector. Wont use anyone else from now on.

My long term mechanic sent me to Cornells to diagnose a problem with my deisel LC they couldn't find. The service was prompt professional and personable. I was given a selection of options and had my car subsequently back in a timely manner, with its pulling power restored. Excellent communication throughout. Happy hauler here with a plan for future maintenance.

I sent my rodeo in for a diagnosis as it wasn’t running properly and dropping into limp mode.
They said they tested my injectors and pulled out my EGR and found that it was stuck open. They also said the EGR cooler was no good and that I would absolutely need new injectors.
I got my car back 3 weeks later and they charged me $1800 to say that they didn’t feel the repair was worth it as the quote was going to come to to nearly 8k.
Checked over my car when I got it back. Intercooler hose wasn’t even put back on properly. Decided to look further and found that there was an incorrectly done blocking plate on the EGR valve that was very obvious. As they previous owners had cut that plate with tin snips and it stuck out.
I feel as though that if the EGR had been looked at like they told me, they should have found and informed me of the blocking plate as a plausible cause of issues.
I’m now back at square 1 with a car I still can’t drive but will be able to fix myself at a fraction of the price. I understand the warrenty situation and needing to be paid for their time. However I felt as though my car wasn’t treated as well as it should been and that the car was assessed lazily. I called them after I found the intercooler hose not put back on properly. The man I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. However my concerns were not resolved or followed through with. I feel as though I’ve been taken advantage of as even myself with little experience was able to identify another plausible issue that should have been found straight away and relayed to me.

I can not rate Cornell Diesel Systems highly enough. Every aspect of my experience with Cornell was outstanding. My Troopy broke down in Melbourne in between Christmas and New Years having just arrived from Darwin. Cornell took my Troopy when everywhere was closed or too busy. They discovered the gear box needed replacing. They were able to diagnose the cause as a faulty service by a mechanic in Darwin. The Darwin mechanic ended up lodging an insurance claim and it was all paid for. Cornell went above and beyond in getting me back on the road as soon as possible and were able to source a brand new gear box for my Troopy in Melbourne. I was back on the road in under 3 weeks with a brand new gear box. I can't thank Nolan and the team enough and would give them 10 stars if possible!

Got my car diagnosed after 250000kms with a smile and serviced (decarbonised, injectors renewed) with a great outcome. May I take this Opp thanks Ash, Sarrah, Mat, Tom and Lorenzo for a great service. Let's hope that my next visit will be at the next 250000kms.

Absolutely fantastic service!
We highly recommend Cornell for your diesel car, fantastic mechanic!
I had a good mechanic but needed a diesel mechanic for our 2008 car/van and I found the best, we couldn’t be happier with Cornell and I’m so happy I found them.
Needed fuel injectors replaced and other work done.
Jack Leadoux went above and beyond to help us and did everything we needed and cheaper than we thought, we’re so happy with his work and will definitely be coming back and recommending him to everyone that has a diesel car (they worked on it a year ago and it’s taken me this long to leave this review, however I think of Jack every day when I drive over a speed hump), thank you so much Jack and Cornell!

If I could give Cornell Diesel Systems 10 stars I would and this is no exaggeration, they are honest, trustworthy and they know what they are talking about. I dealt with Nolan, Aram the Branch Manager and Michael the head Technician in Sunshine West, despite being extremely busy with work and staff on leave Nolan took the time to listen to me and inspect my diesel injector pump for any leaking seals on my 2016 Ford Mondeo. This was something that caused me a great deal of stress because a car dealer had informed me that the engine injector pump had a leaking seal and it was going to cost $1200 to repair something I wouldn't expect on a car that has only been driven 82,000km. Nolan's head technician reviewed and provided me good new and more good news. There was no seal leaking on the injector pump just a sweating nut which is quite ok and there was no need to have it changed. But if I wanted to change it it was not going to cost $1200. So relief and more relief I couldn't have asked to a better start to my day or a better start to 2023. Thank you very much Nolan, Aram and Michael for a job well done, excellent customer service and exceeding my expectations cause it is so rare to find honest and trustworthy operators these days.

Having issues with a near new Mitsubishi truck. Suspected injector issues, I booked it in for a diagnosis. Cornell’s could not get readings off the injectors as they didn’t have the correct equipment. They knew the model of the truck when it was booked in. They gave me no answers! Still charged me $450 for the privilege. I understand they need to be paid for their time, however if you don’t have the correct diagnostic equipment, that is not the customer’s fault. And I believe a discount should have been offered. Left a bad taste. Doubt I would return.
I also had injectors done here in another vehicle and that has been fine (it did have to go back twice) no issues since.

Got my service done with the team again, i make the effort to travel a bit to get to them because of the quality service. The guys in the workshop are efficient and are always flexible with my requests. Got some parts replaced as well and im happy with the workmanship as always. Have not thought about taking my car anywhere else after seeing the crew at Wetherill Park.

Got my 1992 hilux surf 2lte towed to them as the timing belt idler pulley bolt snapped and ate the hole thread, didnt damage the engine besided it eating the water pump, so I asked them can they fix the hole thread and put it back together, it was there for 10 days before they even looked at it and then charged me $143 for a low rez blurred photo of the hole and they refusing to put a helicoil in it and told me to "come get your car" this was last november.didnt even email me the photo they just texted it to me.took it home and got a helicoil kit from repco for $50 and did it myself, got it back running.

Took my car to get serviced for the first time. I am very particular with my cars and I must say the workmanship was exceptional. I can't fault the work done. Very high standard that met my very high standards. Well done. I'll be back.

I am super impressed by the service I received at Cornell’s over the past couple of days. Receiving the quote to service my car was a breeze as the service advisors kept me in the loop with everything that was required. Upon picking my car up I was updated with everything that was conducted and now my car is running great. Dealing with Cornell’s was an awesome experience and I am very happy with their service. Definitely recommend if you are having any type of vehicle issues!

Spoke to a bloke on the phone, he was quite helpful.

Went into the shop to talk some more about the product as I was driving past.the bloke behind the counter was super unhelpful, and couldn’t have cared less that I was going to spend $1500 at least. Rude as.
Walked out without spending a cent and won’t go back.

The guys at Cornell Diesel installed a Steinbauer module for me. Initially there was a problem with the install, however, they went over and above to ensure it was resolved. They made sure I was happy with the product and service, much appreciated.
