Great experience with Coreten. Got quptes from a number of suppliers but Coreten was the best value. I was a little hesitant about the quality as sometimes 'you get what you pay for' but am really happy with my door and side panel. Love the fact that now when I open my main front door I can see out but the person on the other side cannot really see me. The grill seems very heavy duty and I am so glad my mum talked me into getting the matching side panel. Both were professionally fitted by courteous guys and the whole thing is colour matched to my frame perfectly. Could not be happier with my decision to go with this company.

Very competitive prices, great quality and excellent customer service. We first used Coreten Security Doors and Blinds to supply and fit our security doors after building our house 5 years ago. A year later we bought our outdoor blinds through them. One of our blinds came loose at one end in the recent strong winds and today Mark popped in and not only fixed that one but checked and tightened all the others and didn't charge us. I highly recommend these guys

Hmmmmmmm, well, although they were initially lovely, I've had the Wrong size doors, waited, then faulty door, double slider hitting and scratching when open and close, had to be taken to be Re done, then still faulty, finally after repaired (by repair I mean taking off the edging so door doesn't have "finished look" and has gaps without this so spiders, fly's, etc can come right on in. This was all up about 4 months And just this week a part just fell off and trying to make a time for someone to come out has been painful. And the front security door.pfft call it a door, nothing security about it when my dog went to lay down in the sun (like she did against our old door in our old house) and it just popped up and open.it was locked. I paid close to 3k and I would have paid 5k to get a better job done if I'd have known.

So in summary 3 times doors were wrong; been fixed lazily and has parts falling off and doesn't offer what it should.

Fantastic experience and amazing quality.
Mark was professional and very informative. He gave us all the options and great advise. He came to install on the day he promised and we were amazed at the quality.
Would be using them again if I need anything else and recommending to all my friends.

Really disappointed by the customer service received. We ordered our screen doors in November with an agreed 2-3wk turnaround. First set of doors that were installed were measured incorrectly so removed and we were left without screen doors for 3 wks. Then another set were delivered and again the incorrect size. It's now been nearly 3 months and we still have incorrectly sized doors and no response. We have called, emailed and left FB posts and we get no reply. We spent just under $2K so incredibly disappointed.
