I have been working with Mandy for a couple of years. Most significantly we did a series of sessions together when I fell pregnant earlier this year. 2020 was really rough - Covid, our small business was closed for many months, we had to cancel our wedding and I had a miscarriage. I wanted to ensure that I was supported and prepared for this pregnancy and my journey into motherhood.

Mandy worked intuitively, her presence holding space for whatever I showed up with at each session. At times I wanted to talk and would find myself divulging my darkest thoughts and fears. Other times we moved, using our physical bodies to tap into my emotions and my energetic self.

Mandy has a way of making you feel incredibly safe in your own vulnerability. I never feel judged or like I need to hold back on what I say. She has helped me navigate some of the hardest and darkest aspects of my life and she has been pivotal in my healing. She is the most authentic, down to Earth, compassionate therapist I’ve ever met and she is the best listener I know.

Skeptical. Yes I was very skeptical. I'm not a spiritual person I thought, but I know there are things wrong with my health. Doctors, specialist, hospitals, appointments after appointments, tests after tests I went for years. I was feed up. Felt dismissed by the health system that I was not a text book case and that the symptoms but not the cause can be treated. It was suggest by a friend to see Mandy. What have a got to loose I thought, so I made my first appointment in 2016. After this session I sat in my car thinking what just happened. I felt this huge boulder was just lifted of me. I was light, glowing, feeling free of doubt and depression. Feeling alive for the first time in years. Confused by this positive feeling I did just sit there for some time and just enjoyed it. What just happened in there? I felt things I have never felt in my 40 years. But hang on, I thought I don't believe in this stuff. How can this be? Yes, I did make more appointments and was blown away each time. In 2017 I started the Pain
To Propose Journey and I have learnt more about myself and how I interact with the world around me and truthfully some sessions have been tough. Exploring one self is not always easy. Mandy has been there guiding me through this journey, supporting, discussing, assisting me to open up parts of myself that I kept in a dark, damp and cold jail. With care and love, these parts of me are beginning to Shine. There is still more work to be done and after each session I am still blown away with what I have discovered about myself. Mandy is most generous hearted and it didn’t take long for me to know that I had found someone I could trust.
