I’ve gone to Kimberly a few times now, and always walk out feeling a thousand times better than when I walk in
She is so lovely and welcoming, and on top of this, so unbelievably talented at what she does. You can tell she has a genuine passion.
I’ve recommended Kimberly to a few friends already and they’ve had the exact same experience with her.

Which included a 45 minute full body Swedish massage and 45 minutes nourishing and rehydrating facial carried out by Kimberly

You’re very lucky to have Kimberly on your team as employee she is very very professional at her job and takes it seriously and she is excellent at it again you’re very lucky to have her as employee she is worth her weight in Gold

The 90 minute Rejuvenation package
Joe was more then I exceeded my expectations what to expect it was 200% better than what I expected to be carried out by Kimberly

The massage was very soothing very gentle very relaxing and she worked on my trigger points and some of my issues with my damage back also help me a lot with my neck

It was hard to relax when I had pane she kept telling me to relax and it took some time because I had pane

The 45 minute nourishing and rehydrating facial was superb Excellent job carried out by Kimberly
Kimberly said I had good skin for my age lam 62 years old

After being so so impressed by Kimberly
I’ve booked a one hour 60 minute Signature deep massage on 17 August at 1 pm looking forward to that

Again Joe / Kimberly is very very customer focus very polite good listener easy to talk to easy to get along with A true professional at a job

Im doing pain management at this facility its pretty awesome also there infrared sauna and massage chairs and salt room and spa are a hack in life that in my opinion is a must for everyone also why go to the peninsula spa place and pay lots when this place is better offering the same if not better facilities for cheaper than half the price of peninsula hot springs

Probably the best facility in an otherwise terrible rip off gym. However, if you have issues with clients exfoliating the dead skin off their feet in the sauna, or leaving pools of sweat on the massage chairs after a work out then it may not be for you.

I had a wonderful, relaxing massage along with a brow and lash tint from the beautiful Kimberly @ Core Health in Frankston. It was a lovely spiritual experience thanks to the healing energy from Kimberly and the peaceful, serene atmosphere. Afterwards, I tried out the massage chairs and infra red sauna for the first time (which I am now aware that members can use anytime at our own leisure). I'm looking forward to using the salt room and having a foot detox next week. Thanks so much Kimberly. It was a beautiful experience and a pleasure to meet you. Looking forward to my next visit. I have been using the salt therapy rooms for less than two months and have found a big improvement with my sinus problems. I have been going 1-2 times a week, usually twice, because I love going. It's very relaxing and great to just sit, and be quiet and be still for the session. Highly recommend.

Cannot wait for this to open in a few weeks! I love reading the information on the salt rooms. I have already bought some of the products they are selling at the gym and they are amazing, I cannot wait to have a beautiful relaxation massage after my workout at the gym!

Awesome gym. Although i got sick from the pool. I think because lack of signage people go from the sauna straight to the pool.great facilities but lacking a preacher curl machine.has great relaxing rooms salt therapy and infra red sauna with massage chairs. Its a shame its so expensive If they charged less more people would join also if they had the option of month to month for people who want a trial. At the moment im physically injured and im still paying full rate without being able to use many of the machines or take any classes. Very much like a phone contract impossible to get out of without doing the time.
