Amazing hotel in Stawell, Rooms are clean and fresh, the owners are very friendly, great amenities. One of the tidiest country hotels we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend 100%

Don't stay here if you're a light sleeper (or at least bring some ear plugs).

Sadly I didn't get a restful night's sleep for both nights. I think the walls are thin between each unit. First night I could hear a TV going until midnight.the second night was worse- the family next to me were talking and laughing loudly till nearly 12.30. So so annoying! They obviously didn't read the book which says minimal noise from 10pm.

Large trucks drive along the main road late at night which also made it hard to fall asleep, in addition to the uncomfortable pillows. Should have brought my own.

Apart from the lack of sleep, the unit itself was great and spotless and the owners seemed quite friendly. Had everything I needed in my unit (no cooking facilities but there a microwave and toaster), it could do with a bowl and chopping board though.

Great place to stay if you do not want to camp but want to visit the Grampians and little desert.

Booked this a month ahead. All the motor inns and motels were sold out the week of Xmas and new year. Everyone is heading to halls gap or grampians.

The trails car parks were so full, vehicles were parked along the entrance to the car parks.

Book early so you get a room. We had a family room and it’s spacious and air conditioning works especially if you chanced upon a heat wave day.

Was very impressed with the level of care the facility took to ensure that even though we were only staying for the night, everything would be easy.

The room was clean and pretty well stocked with everything you would need for basic needs. The bed is comfortable, there were helpful notes around the room to assist with comfort.

Not too bad. Of the 4 showers I had during my stay only 2 of them were stone cold. The rooms were clean.

This is the third time we stayed in this motel, even under the new management and the owner is really nice and we had a bit of chat while doing bbq:)

The rooms are clean, bed comfortable and bathroom renovated with a ridiculously good shower and clean bathroom. The owner is a top bloke also, he helped me out a few times as I was stuck between the draconious, selfish, instant, zero notice, “look at how tough i am” border closures the other day. Luckily people like this man exist in the world to help out in such situations. Thankyou mate

Nice rooms but very noisy with the passing traffic all night. Once the bypass goes through it will be a great location

Great hotel, amenities were well suited to our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large with newly reinivated bathroom. Large desk space with enough room to comfortably work remotely with free wifi.

This motel is better than most more expensive motels we stayed at during our recent trip the rooms were very very clean and the breakfast was very good value for the price I would recommend it and will definitely stay here again

Great value for a nights stay as we traveled through Stawell. Clean, well set up rooms making for a pleasant stay.

This small motel was a great stop for us enroute to SA. It was very clean and included everything you would expect for the rate charged and a little more; complimentary biscuits and chocolate. If you are a light sleeper be aware of passing trucks. Great proximity to Halls Gap.

Very clean in every respect. Well appointed with everything you would want in a motel room. Friendly service, comfortable bed and reasonable rates.

Nice neat rooms and friendly staff.

But it's right next to the highway and if you're a light sleeper you can hear all the trucks going past at night.
EVERY 5MINUTES A TRUCK GOES PAST.

I unexpectedly required a room in Stawell overnight and was pleasantly surprised with this accommodation for the rate charged. Extremely clean and comfortable (including bathroom and bedding). Hot water with great pressure. Little things were done well - bottle of milk on arrival for tea/coffee and complimentary chocolates/biscuits. I would recommend this to my family and friends if needing to stay in Stawell.

I had a lovely maintained room with a great bathroom with roomy shower & magic hot water flow.
One star withheld as the bed was a rock

We stayed at this inn when visiting the Grampians. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Great offer for its price. Television, Air-Conditioning, Fridge, Water kettle, study desk, sofa/chairs and great bathrooms. Absolutely fantastic. Moreover, you can park your car just outside your room. Highly recommended inn.
