Coolart Nursery reviews
31Not wholesale prices at all and staff not very friendly. Plants good but think this nursery has no competition. Pots and planting accessories very expensive.
Beautiful local nursery, but the
customer service is so poor, It feels like we were a nuisance coming in interrupting their day. I'm big on supporting local businesses, and I wouldn't support this one.
Fantastic nursery. Always helpful and lots to chose from. A pleasure to go there anytime. Beautiful spot.
Six months after buying my Rudbeckias and my little crab apple they are thriving and I am so delighted. Great selection of plants but why oh why is their customer service so poor? I had to apologise for asking a question and neither of the guys seemed interested in helping me find the plants I was looking for.
Very disappointing.

I love Coolart Nursery, my Roses and Azaleas are amazing. Thanks Peter for your helpful advice.
Great selection of well priced trees, plants and garden supplies. Knowledgable and helpful staff. Also very community minded with generous donation to our netball club fundraiser.
Went in on a Thursday where I was one of 2 customers in the store. Asked two female staff members if they were able to assist in recommending some plants for my property. Their response was 'it's a bit of a busy time to ask for help'.
This nursery has everything you'd expect and need. Plants, soil, pots etc and some lovely garden ornaments l haven't seen before in other nurseries. Worth a visit.
I walked in to this place and was completly ignored by the staff member behind the counter, served another new customer who had walked in after me, i ended up walking out and spending my money elsewhere. I'm big on supporting local business's but wont be returning to this one.
Fantastic, healthy plants at good prices. Very knowledgeable staff who are patient with brown thumbs like me and give great advice.
An enormous range of plants that seems to just go on forever, known for the range of camellias and large trees.
The nursery is lovely, but customer service is horrendous. Hire people, who care about selling plants!
Classic old school nursery, plenty of fruit trees, and plenty of small, low cost plants available, good range of indoor plants
You will find bargains here, but some other plants are quite overpriced (much cheaper to get them from Bunnings instead). The staff here doesn’t seem to enjoy his job:) So I just picked up my bargain plant and left. Not a bad place if you know your plants and look for bargains.
Unhelpful staff. We asked for advice and told us to just look at labels. Plants are full of weeds. Over priced
Love spending time looking among the great range of plants. All healthy, reasonable prices. Lovely atmosphere, easy parking. Driveway can be easy to go past, so watch out for the white and red A frame out front.
High quality products. Excellent horticulture knowledge and service. Reasonable costs. Been buying plants and trees here for 10 years. Very happy with the plants I bought today.
Have bought a lot of fruit trees here. Good variety of bare-rooted stock in winter. Research what you want before going to purchase, as there is so much choice, and follow planting advice.
