Very knowledgable at the quoting stage regarding what would suit the site and how it could be secured, pricing was competitive, lead times were as communicated and installation was smooth. We now have a fantastic awning hopefully for many years to come.
Today our Coolabah outside blinds were installed by Peter and Alex. From the time I made enquiries about their product Peter was responsive to my calls, he was here when he said he would be to quote the job. Peter offered suggestions of what would work best for our project. Quote was prompted, once we accepted job and paid the deposit they were true to their word on delivery timeframes, answered questions we needed clarifying.

Peter provided a competitive quote (compared to two others I obtained) for a Crank Roller Shade blind for our back patio. After paying our deposit, the blind was delivered and installed 2.5 weeks later. On installation day, Peter and Duncan arrived on time, finished the work quickly and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Had a 6 metre retractable awning installed. Guys are professionals and gave good advice on options. A painless process throughout and installed in a couple of hours. Professional from start to finish.
We ordered two 5.5m long retractable (folding arm) awnings for western side of our house. They are both motorised, controlled with a remote. One of the awnings has an adjustable drop down valance (adjusted with a simple crank handle). The selection process was easy as Peter came to make the measurements and give us a quote. We requested later some changes and Peter promptly provided the updated pricing. Excellent. The installation was done by Coolabah Shades so I know it was done properly and professionally (all done in one day).
