Our cleaner through Cool Cleaning Services is very lovely, hardworking, and discreet. She is so helpful and nothing is too much to ask. She well done everything in the times allowed. One of the worst cleaners I have come across in my life. Sara came to our house and I told her specifically what I needed cleaned. She gave me a reasonable quote, so I hired her for a deep clean. She got very annoyed and raised her voice with us. I understand that English is not her first language, but if she did not understand what I told her, I don't think that's my problem. She claims to have been cleaning for 8 years, but she did a very poor job. Towards the end, we just wanted her out of our house, so didnt bother to point out the dirty skirting boards and the rest of the things. We have to now hire another cleaner to do the things she didn't.

Sara has been cleaning my home for over a year. She is very diligent, punctual and conscienceous. I suffer from a dust mite allergy so I have special requirements and Sara is always happy to oblige and do extra tasks or do things differently if needed. I do thank Sara for her work and recommend her to all of you wholeheartedly.

Sara has been cleaning my house meticulously for a year now and has yet to let down my expectations.
She is very friendly and well knowledgeable knowing what her customers expect of her maintaining professionalism while working.
My wife was disappointed with our previous cleaning company we used but she is very happy now with cool cleaning and we are very grateful for her services.

Do not book if you do not live in a house or apartment with a car space for her. She should make a note of this on her website!

I would give her zero stars if I could. I was looking for a fortnightly cleaner and booked her for a 2 hour clean only based on the 5 star reviews here.
She texted me to enquire about 2 hour parking zones in the area, as she was aware that my street had a one hour time limit and she did not want to move her car after the first hour. I advised her to park her car in the Aldi car park which is less than 25 meters away from my apartment- Which has a 2 hour parking limit. There was also 2 hour street parking in the adjacent street, less than 10 meters away.

She arrived on time in a huff, stormed into my apartment, demanding that I lied to her about the Aldi parking limit, she said she had even taken photos of the parking signs to prove it! She then proceeded to show me pictures of the street signs on my road, which we already knew was for an hour! I explained to her she needed to park in the Aldi CARPARK which has clear 2 hour parking signs. She said I lied and didn't tell her to go into the car park! Firstly my message to her clearly said this, and secondly, the Aldi car park is so close and on the street front with huge 2 hr parking signs so very hard to miss it! Obviously she didnt understand my txt (English is her second language so this may be why).

She asked me where the car park was, as if shocked that she missed it, and then asked me to show her where it was. I would happily have done this, but she then exclaimed she wouldn't be coming again to clean, as she couldn't park her car anywhere for 2 hours. I explained that there was a 2 hour carpark just around the corner, but she said it was "too far"!
Well how would she know it was "too far" if she didnt even know where it was to start off with?

To me, 25meters is a tiny walk and all she had was a small bag of cleaning products, and a small rolling vacuum cleaner. I she had in fact bothered to actually find out where the car park was, she may have reconsidered.

I would have also happily learnt her my vacuum cleaner if she did not want to drag her little vacuum cleaner with her over the short walk to my apartment! But she didn't ask or try to find a way to over come what she felt was an issue.

She offered to do a once off clean, but I was not going to pay for it, if there was no commitment to come back.

So rude, utter waste of my time. Please find some manners and do some research of the places you are going to clean first, before calling people liars and waisting their time!
