It's unfortunate, but I got charged extra $130 than initially agreed without anyone from the Company's team notifying me.
Also, frustrating settlement process with each step had to be followed up to get it done, and a number of issues I had to push the Company to follow up with, rather than them identifying and resolving the settlement process issues themselves.
I got all statements, settlement steps done late with no sufficient time to process or review details.

Their customer service team is disconnected from their actual service team.
Also, nobody is checking how much is the customer paying vs what is being charged to him and agreed upon price.
The conveyancer looks fresh with no enough support from his manager and hence the delays, uncertainties, issues, follow ups, delays.

Amazing to deal with, I have sold and purchased through them multiple times.and can’t fault them. Victoria is great to deal with and makes every transaction great A+
