Conveyancing Excellence (CE) goes beyond what is expected.

We are a family of immigrants and buying our home for the first time is indeed a milestone! CE made sure we had the legal guidance by our side ALL THE WAY THROUGH UNTIL SETTLEMENT, special mention to MATT and DARREN who were both professionals yet extremely accommodating to all our clarifications. We were kept in the loop, through e-mails, in every significant correspondences with our own broker and the seller’s parties. This way, my wife and I knew what was going on the side. CE was adaptable to deal with unforseen events, responded promptly to queries for a possible recision of the contract of sale, and explained to us the legal (and monetary) implications of such an option, which we did not pursue. With the proper guidance and information from Matt and Darren, my wife and I were able to finally buy our first home!

We didn't have much experience in Australia's real-estates, but we felt we're in very good hands. Matt is an excellent professional, and patient to any question and thought. They charged us only one time, for the actual house we bought, but they were just as eager to help on those houses we backed out from buying after-all. That meant several enquiries and contract negotiations that went to the trash, but with no charge for us. It was truely remarkable experience. Highly recommended!
