This outlet of the world famous brand offers a decent variety of shoes, sportswear and other apparels to choose from. We visited this place last year during the discount sales season. Even then, we found the prices to be a hit higher than our budget. Although we didn't end up buying anything, my friend did try out a few items. He couldn't find the right size for him.



If I had to change one thing about this store it'd be to add more staff. Given the scope of this store, the dearth of staff was noticeable. Those present were trying to manage as much as possible but attending the counter and helping out customers as per their request, was tough to watch.



Nonetheless, if you're into Converse shoes this place is a good one to shop. There are some other brands on the same level, so weigh your options!

I bought a pair of shoes from this branch and after wearing one time, it hurt my legs alot and made wound on my skin, i went to this branch today to return or chang the shoes but not only didn’t they accept it but also they had bad and disrespectful behavior with me. I’m really sorry for this kind of customer service that they have.

Maxim at converse dfo south wharf is awesome. I needed a pair of water proof shoes and was helping myself. He approach me, super casual and took full control. Very polite, went above and beyond and never once pushy. Maxim deserves recognition for his professionalism. Thanks Maxim, I love my new shoes

Having a day off with my big family, I was served and greeted nicely by every staff and also Vi is very caring and lovely. She ran around to pick shoes for my daughter and assisted us the whole time but was still very happy too. We ended up buying 5 pairs and some pieces of clothing at a very cheap price. I highly recommend giving this place a visit for both the promotion and also the exceptional service!

Got our first pairs of converse last Friday. They had an offer of buy one, get 60% off on additional items. We were never a fan of converse until last week. Thanks to Mush for ensuring 4 of us got shoes according to our preferences. Great collection and excellent service from Converse. Will be coming back soon.

I have met some great retail staff - nay, I have met some great humans in my life, but never have I ever met as wonderful of a retail staff & general human as Derrick.

Derrick not only told me I was a Margot Robbie look-alike (highlight of my 23 years), but found the perfect shoe for my ‘funky’ desires. And what a shoe it is. If I wasn’t a mountain trekker before, I can definitely at least consider it now with my climate combat bad bois.

We had an amazing experience shopping at Converse. All because of their wonderful shop assistant, Sayoni who was so incredibly attentive, so patient and very knowledgeable. She made us feel so special. As soon as we walked in the door she knew we were searching for something and on a mission. She came to my rescue by helping my fussy daughter pick out a pair of trainers and hunted the store for for the exact colour and size she wanted. She then explained how their current specials worked. With her amazing help, we came out with 3 bags of wonderful clothes and trainers. I’m super happy with my purchases. Especially the comfy black lounge pants, I’ve lived in them since. Great suggestion Sayoni! A big thank you to her… as what Arnold Schwarzenegger says, we’ll be back.

Customer service is simply built different. Asked for white shoes with a bit of "flair", what they found and presented to me was a white pair of shoes with a sole so bright and yellow it would make the sun blush. Don't plan on going to any other store for Converse's again.

I have never received better service in a retail store than I did from Derrek and his team. All staff went above and beyond to assist me, and are a large part of the reason I walked out with two pairs of shoes! Massive thanks to the team at South Wharf!

Shopping centres usually make me anxious but they helped me for over an hour and were extremely patient, understanding and inclusive.
