Just had a phone conversation with Andrew and he was excellent. Polite, didn't try to push me into a fix that he couldn't guarantee, listened to the problem. IF I needed a PC/Mac repair I will be bringing to Andrew and Contract IT.

Never believe Apple. Visit these guys to work their magic and bring you macbook back to life.

Cannot rate this company highly enough.
After receiving diabolical service from a different company, I tried Contract IT.
Andrew took my iMac 4.30pm Friday and despite being told there was no hurry it was done by 3pm Saturday.
Customer service does not come higher than that.
My faith has been restored in IT tech's and I will not use anyone other than Andrew and Contract IT in the future.

I went to all the other places and everyone told me my macbook repair will take 4-5 days. I had to prepare for a test and needed my laptop asap. This guy did the job on the very same day. Super friendly guy as well!

Was so impressed with Andrew! Year 12 laptop was broken just weeks before exams and had all final assessment due that week! He fixed it on a Sunday afternoon in half an hour and was super pleasant to deal with.
