Had a flat tyre the staff were very friendly and prompt to fix the issue. They looked busy but still fixed my issue quickly 10/10 service and reasonable price

A clear warning to AVOID this business at all costs, unless you want to tie yourself to a moneypit! As a woman one felt very uncomfortable due to the behaviour of one of the employees here I was verbally abused on the phone for several minutes and was told to physically come to the shop while he was in a fit of rage (which I obviously did not do). It was impossible to communicate with the old 'macho' Iran guy here, he clearly has anger management and ego issues. As a first time customer, I had come to this shop as my usual tire place in McKinnon was busy. The Continental branding of the shop and reviews may fool you into thinking they uphold quality standards.
They sold inferior chinese tires at a premium price, overstating the quality and gave the car back to me with steering issues and warning lights on the dashboard so my husband had to take it to the mechanic.the findings were:
These exact tires are much cheaper everywhere else including fitting.
Most places said they'd offer complementary wheel alignments when purchasing 4 new tires.
They damaged my tire valve sensor which wasnt cheap to replace.
Tried to upsell many components unrelated to the tires which was deemed unnecessary.
Surcharge once for deposit and once again when paying
Shame on you

These guys are the best. They actually care about your car, it feels like your car is more than just another car, they take the time to explain what is needed, they are very friendly and professional.

Had four of my car tyres replaced and also had the oil leaking problem fixed within the same day! Very impressed and the price is fair! Big relief that end of the day you could drive your car safely on the road. Really appreciate for the great job and help! Will definitely come back again and recommend this shop to friends!

I want to know why we were charged $40 ($10 per tyre) tyre disposal fee when, for all I know, they will be dumped at a warehouse somewhere or left in their shop. My husband was not told about this fee, it was just placed on the bill and he noticed it when he got home. There is nothing on their website to say about their recycling policy either. Only 5% of used tyres in Australia are recycled locally. Just another rip off once again (only in Victoria). Absolute highway robbery and a flippin disgrace.

Had my left tire checked out as there was a bulge. No idea what caused it so I found Cont. Tire was open on Sundays as other repair shops were closed. Both employees were friendly and assisted with my situation. Was recommended to change both front tires as I travel frequently. Pricing was reasonable as tires were around $150-$200. Just unsure why payment system put credit card surcharge when I used debit card to pay. 5 stars

I am very impressed with their service. They explained the problem and fixed my puncture in 30 minutes. They did not try to sell me a set of new tires like many others. I am definitely going back when I need new tyres. Thank you and Well done.

Definitely coming back! The team was very welcoming and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They swapped tyres and did an alignment for my Audi A3 and had no complaints 10/10 I highly recommend these guys.

Charged me 50 dollars for a puncture which seems expensive as compared to other places. Staff was also rude

Got a flat tyre and other stores cannot fix it in the same day. Drove to this place and they fixed it within half hour. As my flat tyre is unfixable, they recommended few different options all within my budget. Good service and reasonable prices!

Rudest Experience ever, Over the phone said drop in anytime to have 3 Trailer Tyres Fitted and was told would take an hour, at 11am I asked what time would they we ready, the reply 1pm or 3pm or 4pm no idea, The old guy running this show is useless, Go Elsewhere

Had a puncture and other stores could only see me the next day. These folks fixed my puncture at a reasonable price on the same day. Fast friendly service - would go back again.

Amazing shop. More than just tyres, these guys do honest work on mechanical servicing and repairs. Comfortable waiting room as well!

Great experience. Noticed I had a flat on Saturday morning and called around a few tyre stores who couldn't help me out that day. These guys had my model in stock AND were able to fit me in same-day despite being really busy. Pricing was decent and I didn't feel like I was being oversold on anything.

Be very careful with this place. I took my car for service in the morning and then returned to pick it up in the afternoon and I found my car was damaged on the bonnet and bull bar. Also, the driver seat was dirty and full of grease. When I questioned this with them, they were extremely rude and defensive. They did not take ownership or responsibility. Please be mindful if you are considering to take your car to this place as they wont recognised any damages to it.
