Had dealings with both Rhiannon and Charles, found both very easy to communicate with during the period of time.

Dale and Rhiannon were really good to communicate with. I felt like they listened and were trying their best to find me a suitable role. However, I was very disappointed with James. All talk but no action. Big promises over the phone initially to get my attention but ultimately failed to deliver on anything. My face to face meeting with him and Dale was very poorly structured and set out by James. James led the meeting and Dale hardly got a word in. My score reflects my mixed experience with Consultive. If I was basing my score on dealing with Rhiannon and Dale only, it would be 5 star. If basing it on dealing with James only, 1 star.

I was contacted by Dale, we had a face to face meeting to talk about what exactly I was looking for. He was very professional, responsive and kept in contact throughout the whole process, even after I got the job he made sure it was the right fit, would recommend.

Rhiannon helped me finding a job when I needed the most. She helped my build up my confidence and provided some training on how to success in interviews.
After I took the job, the support is continuous, which I am truly grateful about.
