Have called this company multiple times to return our floor scrubber as we are not using it anymore. Spoke to Joel over 3 months ago to return the unit back.
I called 2 weeks ago and spoke to a lady named Tammy and was advised to email again as Joel was at a trade show.
I emailed as advised over 2 weeks ago and was told I would receive a phone call shortly. Direct debits are also still being charged for a machine that's not getting used. We be calling consumer affairs for further advice
