Good range. Staff are generally unhelpful, the guy that works there in particular is rude.
One of the girls are very helpful but I don’t know her name unfortunately, all I know is she likes NRL.

Really disappointed with the customer support. Literally asked me to leave the store in a rude way when I was shopping inside. Went there around 5.15 pm and I was aware of that the store will be closed at 5.30 pm.

Was managed to choose what I wanted before that and later I saw there was a deal for the Jean I was about to buy (2 for 100$)

As I have already chosen the size and everything. Was only looking for a different colour to get and do the payment. Whoever was in the cashier asked me (not even the girl who served me, she was really patient and was waiting till I choose a different colour) to leave as they are already closed.

Really frustrated!

Bad customer service. I went at 8: 35 but, they were closed. A person with blue tshirt guy said that closing early.

Absolutely fantastic service by a young man named Taison at the Werribee store who served my sister and i on the 17/10/22
He deserve a voucher for his amazing service and standards
He also done the right thing by the company informing us about your amazing returns exchange policy as we were buying early Xmas presents
Taison was amazing very geniune in his chatting and really a pleasure to chat with
The rest of the Retail staff out there in retail world could learn alot from this young man
As a manager of 25yrs Taison needs to be told of the amazing work he does there's nothing better than knowing you've done an exceptional job.

Called their place for something i would buy and said the item is available. Lo and behold, the item is not available upon our arrival. Total waste of time.

Manager is bit rude, no smile and behave terribly when i just asked if i can return the product with fade colour after first wash,
She did’t check even in the system only see the face decide what to answer.
I will never visit this store again.

Was shopping with my brother at Connor Pacific Werribee on 29th December 2021 afternoon and the guy that served us was just rude, didn’t know that things were on sale and when we tried to explain that the whole pile was there (he kept saying “yeah this t-shirt was moved”, that all?) and then just ignored us. Then after we kept explaining he asked a coworker (the nice lady) she said yes those were in sale and then he just proceeded without saying anything at all? Erm hellooo customer service?

I find it's just another brand of cheap clothing being sold as a brand. All made in the same place. Where's the quality?

I had purchased a suit piece here and had got a shirt free with the offer. Both the quality of suit and shirt turned out to be below standard. Same with a casual summer tshirt. Hardly had used it 1-2 times and the buttons already started coming off. Such a disappointment.

Quality-The quality of clothing was good especially the shirt I bought but when it comes to sale items or buy one get one then I would say to make choice and selection more carefully
Staff- it depends on individual person standing there, one of the lady staff was not that great in customer service as she was not interested in whatever questions customers asking including myself but some staff were good to the customers. So it depends and it’s upto the owner to find this issue and maintain retail business stable as it is struggling at the moment
Pricing- was ok in respect to the quality
Presentation- generally good and sometimes it may get messy as it is acceptable with staff ratio and work load

Nice store with good quality clothes, but bit messy even on weekdays even though it was not busy

Service was good, but the music was way too loud. My teenager kids even thought so, I couldn’t even talk to my son in the changing room. The music needs to be turned down so one can concentrate on what they need to buy, particularly when they HATE shopping, this shop makes you hate it even more!

Rangi is great! Store was busy but she attended to all questions and always came back to see how I was going and if I needed anything else. Great customer service Rangi, will be back to purchase again.

I normally buy my jackets from H&M or UNIQLO and tended to prioritise style over functionality. Connor's sale caught my eye and I thought I'd spend a little more and treat myself.

Products: I bought the Ash Ridgely Sweat Jacket, Olive Leadville Sweat Jacket, Brown Riley Jacket, & Grey Madison Jacket. I've only worn the two Sweat Jackets so far but they have to be the most comfortable jackets I've worn in a long time. I expect the same experience with the other two.

Service: When shopping, I usually browse on my own and get myself whatever size I'd like to try. Not this time. There was a lovely salesperson, who I believe was called Tiana (Sorry, if I've misspelled your name or got it completely wrong). Even though the store was fairly busy, she kept coming back to check on how I was going and getting me alternate sizes to try.

I'm not one to expect outstanding customer service but I feel that in this instance, it was definitely noteworthy. Which is why I'm leaving this review. While the products deserved the 5 star rating, Tiana's ability to considerably exceed my expectations is what earned this review.

My partner and I came in early this morning in a rush to find an outfit. Your staff member (Raff I believe his name was?) was helpful, knowledgeable and so kind. He helped us so much and helped us find everything we could think of, from pants to shoes to a shirt, a tie and a tie clip - all that we were extremely happy with, and we left with plenty of time for our event. So grateful for his fantastic service and his help!

Great service from Rah.a real credit to the store, generally cared, 100% professional service. Management should definitely hold on to Rah
