Connor Watergardens

I am a Connor's customer, and today I bought some clothes at 4: 15 pm and asked the employee who works as cashier for a garment cover for a men's suit that I bought previously, but the employee refused and even I offered to buy it but also refused and the argument was that she did don't have it, but I was not convinced because there are a lot of men's suits offered there, I'm really upset and surprised too.

I would like to give 0 star for the horrible and unprofessional service. Such a beautiful store but had horrible experience. Not going back just because of the unprofessional staff.

Naman was soo lovely helping my partner find a new fit. Very professional and helpful. Would definitely shop at connor in the future. Thank you:)

Helpful staff. Cheaper end of nice clothes which is good when you want to look good but have a tight budget.

Wonderful and very helpful staff. I was late shopping for a wedding outfit and being a big guy it's always hard to find something nice. The lady who helped me was able pick something that suited me well and was able to get it altered the same day. Will be coming back again

A lot of people talking about bad customer service in this place,
From my experience the customer service was fine I almost guarantee these people complaining came in dressed like they didn't have a dollar so they're not going to help over someone not wasting time now are they.
However in terms of the clothes, I spent nearly $300 got two pairs of slacks and four shirts, the shirts and slacks all have freyed and loose stitches, I spent the past week getting pulled threads in my stitches around the buttons it looks bad especially when you're going for professionalism.
Customer service was great there was a young man there and a young lady that help me, great customer service,
Mind you they helped me when they were very busy and ignored the person behind me as she was just buying one pair of socks regardless the other customer was a bit upset that they weren't getting served first because come on you're buying a pair of socks, so I like that they value their customers in terms of what they are spending.
If you have a problem with customer service here I think it's because you didn't want to spend the money or looked like you couldn't which is hard to do because this is not even a very fancy store.
In summery if you get bad customer service her, I garantee it's a personal issue,
Because I've had no problem going in being nice and not wasting their time they help me out a lot.

Walked in the store, looked from top to bottom in every section of the store. The Asian guy working there (I'm Asian too mind you), didn't say hello, didn't ask if I needed help, just folded away because folding clothes are more important than interacting with your customer. This was at 6: 30pm on 10/06/2022. Nice clothes but I wouldn't buy from here because of the lack of customer service.

My shopping experience was delightful but you’re new manager should be back at cragieburn central where she belongs because her regulars miss her and the place is empty without her spark

I was shopping at Taylors Lake Watergardens for both formal and informal menswear to replenish my wardrobe due to my body weight lose approx 50KG’s.

I visited many menswear within Watergarden but I didn’t find anything that I like, on the way out from Watergarden shopping centre I saw “Connor” menswear, I then decided to enter and view all men’s clothing with in the shop, with in approx 3 mints I was approached by a sales person asking me if I require any assistance, I was very surprised because I didn’t get the same approach from other menswear shops that I visited earlier that day.

That sales person was Javaria Qazi Manager of Conner Watergarden, at that time I was not aware she is the Manager, I informed Javaria that I need assistant for both formal and informal clothing to replenish my wardrobe because of my weight lose.

Javaria Qazi she was more than happy to assist me with anything I that needed / required, with Javaria support I purchased many types of clothing including informal Jacket.

I left Connor’s quite happe with the outstanding service and guidance by Javaria Qazi.

NOTE: -
I Well be back again to Connor to continue to purchase my clothing in future, I use to purchase my clothing from Men’s Clothing, Myer and David Jones.

I recommend any person require good service and very good quality clothing to go and visit Connor at Watergarden any time, they all outstanding staff with outstanding and professional Manager Javaria Qazi.

I have been shopping at Connor for a few years now and up to date have been very happy with the service and clothing I have brought, but today I found that the one of the staff members was not interested at all. I will go to highpoint Connor from now on and may start to shop at YD and also Tarocash to spend my money, as they will take that extra step to satisfy there customer.

I would like to say a massive thank you to not only the manager of Connor watergardens but the whole team! They were such a massive help planning my partners birthday surprise outfit, such friendly and incredible team members you have

In store today with no customer service what so ever.buying shirts for my husband and not one of the 3 team members approached us or acknowledged that we were in the store. We purchased 2 shirts after standing at the register waiting for someone to serve us.

Excellent staff, Loads of collections, Great assistance from the store manager on a product returned and a smooth purchase transaction experience.

Clothes I buy there never fit exactly or have some annoying features in pockets, zips and buttons

I took my son to Connor Watergardens yesterday. We were served by Ozzie - an amazing young man who displayed outstanding customer service despite it being busy. I was shopping for my 13 year old son and had my 11 year old daughter. What Ozzie didnt know at the time was that both my kids have ASD. My son was struggling with textures and feel of clothing. Ozzie very patiently went through all options with so much patience despite the fact that my daughter was giving grief due to sensory overload. Ozzie managed to get together 4 outfits that my son loves! WELL DONE OZZIE & THE REST OF THE TEAM AT WATERGARDENS!
