Customer service is zero, absolutely no idea. One of the worst stores Ive been in. No smiles, no greeting or any help to find the right size. Don't bother. Shopping here.

Regularly shop at Connor for my partner, but hadn't been to this store before. Had an outstanding service experience here thanks to 2 of the guys in this store. One of them I know was Michael. Nothing was too much trouble, knew their product, friendly, relaxed and helpful without being pushy. Helped a very stressed me find a last minute solution for my partner. Thank you

Rubbish service. Cheapskates franchise cheating customers by not giving the suit cover bag when you buy a jacket from them. Better to buy your Jacket from Conner at DFO Essendon, better service and no shortchanging customers.

Good prices. Commendation to Michael for his excellent customer service, deserves a raise. He was very helpful, no doubt the rest of the team are just as good.

The customer service from Adil was great. He was friendly, courteous and helpful. There was no pressure to purchase. He happily offered to phone other Connor stores to check for availability of items he did not have, of the size that was needed. I would love to return to this store in the future.

Huge store with an awesome range. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that there are no mirrors in the change rooms, you have to step out to take a look at the item/s you're trying on other than that the store is great!

I use to visit this place regularly but this time the guy ever was very rude, I feel like he is showing racism. Worst fellow.

Change rooms were completely blocked by boxes and racks of clothing, making trying on clothes awkward. I tried on multiple different types of pants to complete a two for $100 deal, couldn’t find a second pair so I just went with one - two female staff snickered amongst themselves in my presence due to the amount of pants they would have to return to the racks. So my review relates to the quality of the two female staff and using the change room area to store stock (in a store that is already overstocked as it is).

Absolutely love the customer service I receive in Connor. Particularly from Josie, who’s always making it pleasant for me to buy clothes for my partner.

Walked in 3 times and on the 3 occasions not once asked for assistance they preffered to winge and talk about going home and ordering dinner to relax
