6I visit this store often for all my suits and casual/ semi formal wear. Today's visit was consistent as with other times I am there. Brendan provided exceptional customer service with a quality eye for detail. Will be back in store again.
I've purchased a number of suits, chinos and shirts since Connor opened. I've found myself more often than not being served by a younger gentleman, Brendan who has a keen eye for a great look.
Would highly recommend Connor when looking for a quick way to get a reasonably priced outfit for a night out at the town.
Made an online order and unfortunately a lot of the clothes did not fit. Didn’t have a very good online service but managed to call the Traralgon Connors and the lady that was working that day went above and beyond her job and duty. “ but I am so grateful how helpful she was! ” She let me exchange clothing items in store along with getting a refund or credit note for future shopping. I wish I remembered her name so that I could ring up and tell her manager that she is an incredible asset to the Connors team and I’ll definitely be back! Thanks:)
Went in looking for a suit for my year 12 formal, the guy working was super helpful and knew everything about suits and helped me find exactly want I wanted (not sure of his name sorry)
Like the clothes.only buy at on special prices though. Bit pricey otherwise!
