Connor Parkmore

I unfortunately didn't get the name of the person who helped me out on Monday morning. I came in right at 9am and they were on their own. Regardless of being by themselves and having a lot to do, they were very, very helpful in assisting me in getting a whole new wardrobe. They even remembered the next day when I picked up my tailored jeans who I was and that i needed the new wardrobe for a rivercruise. Sorry I can't remember your name, but if you were the one working by yourself on Monday morning this week, thanks for the fantastic service!

I came here recently looking for something they had on the website yet when I came I couldn't find them so I asked one of the staff members if she could check the back and then she rudely said "IF ITS NOT THERE THEB WE DONT HAVE IT" then she came over and looked for though all she did was move like 3 shoes then said "ITS NOT THERE" then carried on with her day.
PS before I asked her to come help she was just doing random stuff like walking around and doing nothing.
Bad experience and won't be coming again.

Maybe the staff should offer customer service instead of cleaning the racking surely they have budgets to meet the female at Parkmore was disgustingly rude

Bought a short here and wanted to exchange for another size but the shop refused because:
The size tag is no longer attached to the short. The barcode and everYthing else is intact. Called the Southland store n they said no problem they can exchange it. Parkmore store claimed that this is company policy. Which store do you think I will be going to from here even though it’s still Connor?

There is 1 big girl which is so rude, never change any item even u meet all the policy still make some bu, t reason u buy here you will regret

In the past I encountered such rude staff members at this store.
I wanted to return an item.
The two women working there wouldn’t give me the refund I was entitled to. They were in the wrong about the return policy.
They argued with me and they called me so rude, when they were so rude themselves.
When I was outside the store about to walk away, they sarcastically told me to have a nice day.

I contacted head office, and I was told the area manager would contact me. They never did. I called head office a couple of times to tell them that.
Zoe at head office didn't believe me and didn't care. She said that the area manager told them that he tried to contact me several times, but I don’t answer.
I asked if I could call the area manager, and she said in a condescending way, no, that’s not how it works.

This has put me off ever going back to Connor, and also Tarocash and YD. So I don't go into these stores.

Went in this week with my husband and 8month old baby, we were greeted by an enthusiastic lady who was super welcoming, LOVED our baby girl and showed exceptional customer service skills.

My husband and I just want to say, not only will she be a wonderful mother in the future, but thanks for making our day!

Good range of grown up men's clothes. Friendly staff. Prices aren't low but most items are of good quality so it's worth the expense

I just went to this store and encountered really rude female staff. Don’t know what is customer service. They treated me if i was touching their personal belongings? Really disgusting behaviour. They don’t bother even if connor store losses business due to their mishandling customers. One staff was really angry as i was checking out some t-shirts. Never gonna buy anything from this store ever. Take me off your list connor if you employ rude staff. Both were laughing as i walked away from store. I hope they end up somewhere they don’t deal with customers. Or not in retail or hospitality industry.

I visited this store last week & upon walking in was greeted by a female store person. She had exceptional customer service skills of a very genuine, super helpful & friendly nature. I was really impressed. These days you encounter a lot of the generic ‘fake’ treatment in so many shops with a lack of pride however this lady was absolutely lovely & very helpful. I looked on my receipt & the name on there is Isabella. Hopefully I have the name right, keep up the good work you are an asset to the store & thanks for your help:)

I’ve never had any missed calls from him. If there were missed calls, I would have seen them on my phone.

I am never shopping at any Connor, Tarocash or YD store again.

Very poor service. Waited 10 minutes to be helped because the girls were to busy talking with each other. When she did come to help was with us and didnt listen to what we wanted and just walked off and started talking with the other girl that was working wont be back. Came to the dandenong store and the girls are much more helpful.i think the parkmore girls need to take some lessons from the dandy girls
