Single Mum here - desperately needed two ties tied for my sons and I went into the store hoping they could assist me. I did not purchase the ties from them but they helpful staff tied my ties for me no questions asked!
Thank you for helping a Mum out at a time some might not understand to be a stressful and difficult moment in a single Mum’s life!

First they have a good selection of items and most sizes are available. Now to the bad part - The staff lacks customer service especially the lady at the counter - there was no name tag so I am unable to get the name. Looks like she hated her job and it radiates all over the store. Not even a thank you and she just throws the receipt and walks away after I made my payment.

Just my thought, if you don't like your job, there are a lot of deserving people looking for work and was not given a chance to be at your role to earn money. I bet they can do better and will be enthusiastic over the rude staffs positioned at Connor Melton. You make the shoppers experience worst out of a good store.

Insensible customer service.i wanted to buy 2 jackets for EOFY and both had multiple same items with different colours aswell and all marked down to same price.at counter proce is different ok, but staff even refused to call the manager to diacuss it.wrong prices on board and on computer.no resolution but staff adamant that I won't call the manager to sort out.bad service

Went into Connor with very little idea about what I was looking for, was greeted by a very friendly shop assistant named Jack. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and got me everything I needed for a great price. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend. Well done Connor and well done Jack!

My 18 year old son needed to buy his first suit. After researching online I found Connor. As soon as we walked into Connor, we were helped by Jack, who was extremely professional, helpful & friendly! He helped us with everything including organising a alteration for his pants straight away as we needed the suit in a couple of hours. Took us to the alteration shop Connor has a deal with & it was all done. Suit, shirt, tie, belt, socks, shoes and extra shirt for less formal occasions but still very nice. Jack did all this & gave us the best deal possible. We will definitely be back and highly recommended. THANKS JACK for the AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! (Hard to find a lot)

The melton store is absolutely amazing. - The sales rep Marel (I believe her name was) took customer service to the next.

We bought a suit lastnight at closing time because thats the only time we have for the event, A young girl name “Erwan” help us a lot and give us a good costumer service, She is so good, patient and considerate as well! We hope everyone is just like her

Took the young fella to deck him out for an upcoming Debutant Ball. The young lady was very helpful even while dealing with a few other customers at same time. Great people skills while being very adept at multi tasking.well done.
Got everything we needed at one stop, gotta love that, and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely shop here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Shop clean and tidy with large selection available.

Ver rude behavior yesterday
went there yesterday eve, there were other ppl in shop as well, did not know its shop closing time (even though shop lady passed by and didn't say word that we r going to close) while i was looking for clothing, shop lady closed one shutter and then other while leaving the gap to pass one person, didn't say word, i said sorry i didn't realise u were about to close (she didn't say a word and closed ther door.

There's a really nice lady working in here. The items are better quality than anywhere else. The only issue i have is they ask you for your mobile number every time you buy something

They got wide range of stylist dresses but low quality cloth and making of some trousers are also not good. I had 3 trousers from here & only the jeans was satisfactory, expensive too.
