Not only helped with my own wedding suits back in Feb but also did all the suits for a friends wedding with patience and ease over the weekend

Highly recommend Connor for his assistance and believe he should be getting a Christmas bonus

I give only two stars for the good customer service, but the clothes are very bad. The shoes I took hurt my feet, and the socks, which cost $5 per pair, are only suitable for use once, as they tear after the first wear.

Came in store a few days ago and received great service from Naman who was really helpful and knowledgable. Will be recommending his service to family and friends!

My sister and I went into the Highpoint store and was served by Michael. We walked in with no knowledge about men’s wear. Michael was kind enough to recommend a suit that was small enough to fit my sister. He also suggested alterations which aided with making the suit a more appropriate fit. Michaels customer service was fantastic. The highpoint store should definitely be proud of having such a helpful team member.

Customer service is really bad. Terrified to know that they can play with your mind saying a loose button is totally normal.

Marsha was incredible, helping us out in trying on lots of different outfits for a wedding party, while she also had another wedding party in at the same time! Superb service for a reasonably mid tier priced store

Staff we're very helpful, and friendly, shop was very clean and tidy, and a some great 2 for 1 deals.

Bought two chinos and the colour came off after washing. Told the team to please investigate and they told me they can’t do anything since it has been used. How can a customer know if the colours would come off - only after washing right! They got their sale so least bothered.

I was helped by Kirlian, what a great person! They sized me, helped me select from a variety of options and even helped me get it tailored and fitted! With a genuine care for the customer experience, Kirlian is your guy! The selection of products is good, aesthetic and comfortable. My purchases were tailored and ready to collect within 24hours. Really appreciated the service by Kirlian and I'm in love with my new clothes.

Came past and purchased some new clothes. The newly refurbished store is amazing, There was a DJ on site pumping tunes and all staff were friendly and very helpful. Big shoutout to Saf who helped out today. Will definitely recommend friends and family here.

Worst customer service by one girl working there other two staff members are gems but this girl don't know her name model look a like girl is the worst to deal with. Stock being shown available on website but she argued Na not at this store. Guess what upon asking other staff he got the shoes presented to us in 2 minutes. If u guys want to have good day while shopping don't let her near u in that store. SHE IS THE WORSTED OF THE WORSE.

I visited the Connor store in high point in hopes to find an emerald colour suit jacket. Every suit shop in high point was useless and had very poor customer service, so we had low expectations. Customer service rep Athen helped us as soon as we stepped foot in the store. He was professional and took a lot of time with us. We couldn’t find a jacket we liked so we left the store, still grateful that we have someone that was willing to try and help. We continued to shop in high point and began to exit the centre. We had to walk past Connor again to exit, as we did Athen saw us, and ran to get us to tell us he found exactly what we were looking for. He took us in and he was right. Athen went above and beyond for us! Thank you so much for being so helpful and kind.

Came to Conor Highpoint to buy my son a pair of shoes only one person serving and two other guys folding clothes and not helping it’s a sale weekend and we waited 20 minutes to pay

A very pleasant friendly service. Very helpful with assistance in choosing clothing. The salesperson Tiapnni greeted me with a welcoming hello and a friendly smile on entering the store. I purchased 2 suits. I have purchased suits, shirts hoodies and jumpers previously and have been very happy with the clothing. Please pass on my thanks to Tiapnni.

Made a click and collect order on 8-Jul, waited a week before asking staff about order, was told to wait a bit longer. Followed up several times over the next few weeks before emailing online support on 31-Jul, who said the order was received at Highpoint on 9-Jul.
On getting the order, the parcel was torn open as well as the package for one of the shirts, and the receipt was missing.
Will not be ordering again.

A pretty good range of products with plenty of specials at the moment.
The staff were helpful and friendly

Friend got me gift from here pre covid and gave it to me just recently.

The clothes didnt fit but thankfully Connor was kind enough to exchange the suit for my proper size.

Really impressed they did this despite the long time. They were able to look up the receipt since my friend bought it on his membership card
