Bought my son's first suit here. Fantastic service from the manager who put the whole thing together for him including tie, shirt and even shoes.

Good stuff Excellent staff, I went to return something and they said nothing and refund that thing happily.

Beware. These guys are scammers. Tried to exchange a pair of chinos for a different size but they refused because the tag had been removed. Even though the tag was provided. The chinos had not been used (because it was the wrong size.
Yes they'll say it's their policy but a warning to prospective buyers. Better to go to other retailers who are a lot more mature with their exchange policies

Fantastic customer service, comfortable and fashionable clothing along with good deals. I redid my wardrobe as restrictions were easing and it was such a good decisions

The staff were very helpful, and the sales were well worth it. There were most sizes available, but some not on display. Over all highly professional experience, and I would buy from here again.

Staff too busy amusing themselves on their mobile phones and fratrenizing amongs themselves to worry about customers. Emails of complaint sent to there head office, but this fell on deaf ears as well. No response ever to my email complaints. Perhaps staff at head office are busy on their mobile phones too.

Just bought my son two fantastic outfits. Great styling by Jessie. Great price and excellent service. My son was really comfortable, and very happy with his purchases.

Came into the store today after browsing the website, so knew exactly what I wanted, but could not for the life of me locate it in the store. Demi was fantastic. She managed to find what I wanted, in my size, and made the whole experience a pleasure. Will definitely be back!

Went in to the Geelong Conner's store with my partner to find an outfit for his 30th. We are both useless when it comes to what looks good, but thank god for their store manager Katie! Katie was a brilliant help and was so easygoing looking after my fussy partner!
Now whenever he needs an outfit for a special occasion we go in and ask for Katie! If you are looking for someone that makes sure you feel comfortable and enjoy your shopping experience - ask for Katie!

Walk in wearing Connor tee and jeans, get referred to as 'ma'am' or 'this lady' (?). Righto. I know I have a bit of make up from my gig last night but have some awareness dude. I should clarify it wasn't meant in a derogatory manner, the dumb hick behind the counter genuinely thought I was female. Is it a requirement in Geelong that all men must have short hair and redneck beards?

Attended this store on numerous occasions and the staff are always more than helpful.

There is a sign stating they will be expanding which is nice to see as it is a smaller store.
