Connor Frankston

My partner and our groomsmen came in today - with a month left to our wedding.i’ve spent the last year looking for suits and going into other connor’s stores (about 3 or 4), getting completely overwhelmed and not getting any help at all - which resulted in leaving empty handed.

Today we went to Connor’s in frankston and I was honestly completely overwhelmed with the customer service. Within a minute of walking in the door the store attendant greeted me and asked if we needed help… Which we very much did! We walked out an hour later with absolutely everything we needed for the groom AND groomsmen. Suits, belts, shoes, ties absolutely everything including alteration. The store attendant was the only one working at the time and she was busy at times with other customers - but she was absolutely incredible, i couldn’t fault her. Not having a great experience with other connor’s stores in the past year and always walking out empty handed, which isn’t a surprise considering i know absolutely nothing about suits, i didnt have very high expectations. But i am thrilled with today’s experience and will absolutely be back anytime we need a suit!

The staff in Connor Frankston, especially Yasmin are so friendly and helpful, will go out her way to help, would recommend this store to anyone, Chris & Dorothy

I would just like to praise, the customer service, management skills, thoughtfulness and perfect persona of the staff member at the Frankston Conner staff. My family and I had to make an international flight, and thought, as we have sometime, we went looking for a suit for my son for his first formal. The date we where there was Sat 8/04/23.
Yasmin was fantastic, she was helpful, courteous and went out of her way to make this a painless, and exciting experience, she was on her own, in the store until Assistence stated after 10.00 am, she assisted us and still managed to make each customer that came into the store just as important. Yasmin presented well, was cool under pressure with multiple customers in the store, and never wavered from her responsibilities or duties. Well done Yasmin, yes we will be returning customers. You are a true asset to the Conner chain and your store owner. You deserve all the recognition and praise that one can bestow on you

First time in Connor, looking for some nice gear for a wedding and Yasmin was so friendly and helpful, she had great suggestions of style, colour and fabrics to suit occasion.

Came by earlier today. The customer service I received was outstanding. Jason was bubbly and very energetic. It’s definitely good to see chirpy people in the times we live in. I’ll be definitely coming back!

I shopped in the Frankson store tonight, and the customer service I got was exceptional. The sales assistant Mikaelah could not be more helpful and made finding the right clothes, so easy

Worst Store ever. The Kaeingal store has the most rudest incompetent workers. I bought my son a pair of jeans, I had to return them for a refund. I paid by debit card so I had to put my details back into their efpost machine for a refund. They said it would go back into my account within 3 days. They didn't bother processing it for three days! Now I will have to wait until after Xmas for the refund to get put back into my account! DISGRACEFUL service!

Was in desperate need for a winter jacket for a night on the town and for general use. After doing some research of the local men's clothing stores, connor stood out on range and pricing. Store layout was super easy to navigate, plenty of floor staff if you needed a hand.

Was up sold when checking out and donated to charity, because you should if you can. Great range of products, I'd be back for sure.

I've been into Connor a few times now and the service from Marina and her team have always been world class! Every time I've walked in I've felt valued as a customer, which is incredibly impressive considering each team member is juggling multiple customers. It is a true testament to the morals and work ethic of the store. I genuinely look forward to each and every visit

Yasmin was amazing to deal with tonight. I had a few questions I normally would have muddled through myself but she was so bubbly and approachable that it was easy to ask for help. I reckon I won't even have to come back in to exchange anything which at the mo is way safer.

Good bargains, staff very nice look after clients well and proved to know what they sale. Luv ya guys

A clothing shop that has great offers plus staff members like Elliot and Jada deserves a 5 star ratings!

The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. I was after a black suit that is very comfy for everyday use. So I had to try out a few sizes to pick a skinny Jacket with slim trousers. I did try shoes too but didn’t buy. Elliot and Jada happily assisted me (a fussy customer) through out and also got my trousers sent for alterations.

The alteration shop is on same floor and it took like 20mins.you can wait at cafe on same floor

Great customer We purchased 3 pants and some shirts, the gentleman working was helpful and polite.
