Amazing Amazing quality of clothes and surprisingly low prices, the Manager Jody was amazing helping out with my desired outfit i wanted, and then made my mind purchase the clothings without any hesitation, i think I've become a fan of Connor

The staff here are very helpful, always have large variety to choose from, and prices are always good too.

I was in Connor fountain gate a few days ago. I took my two adult sons in to get fitted out for suits jackets and shoes. We were served by Hassan, what an asset to your company. He was running around serving everyone, watching him with everyone he was so lovely. We had my mother in-laws funeral and my brother in-laws funeral. So we were all very flat and Hassan was so helpfull he made my boys look gorgeous with shoes, suits, jackets, belts the whole lot. He also got everything sorted to be hemmed within the hour as he new how much pressure we were under. Thank you so much Hassan and a shout out to Marina also such lovey people we cannot thank you enough xxx

Absolutely love this store! The staff are always helpful and happy to go above and beyond to find the right style and fit!
We spent an hour here recently; Phoebe was outstanding (and extremely patient!).

Went into Conner at Fountain Gate to get my husband an outfit for a wedding. We were served by Hassan. What a lovely, delightful young man he is. Super helpful and really knows clothes. He assisted us right the way through with courtesy and respect, even 10 minutes after closing. What an amazing asset he is to the store.

These legends helped me with securing the uni grad fit for a good hour - super welcoming and took into account my suggestions, while helping guide me with colours. Great customer service by all - they checked in and asked questions often. Massive reccomendation to Connor FG - feeling ready for the big day ahead!

Walked in to purchase multiple pants but had no help from staff and when I approached the 5 staff standing together.felt that I interrupted their gossip time which from what I heard was inappropriate. On top of that one of the employees was wearing a short shorts white one piece lycra suit and clearly had duel matching piercings due to no bra, this suit is definitely inappropriate and left nothing to the imagination, front or back.oh, and by the way your employees don’t know what boot cut jeans are.

Completely disgusting experience

Went here the other day to buy a suit. The staff didn’t greet me. Didn’t even give me a smile of acknowledgment. Instead they were chatting. Didn’t ask if I needed any help. Ended up going to yd instead and the staff actually greeted me there. Crazy.

After looking in so many places, my son found the right chinos fit.and bought 2 pairs which was great value. It also helped greatly that Connor has extended sizes.

Reasonable product at reasonable prices.
Female staff members way too pushy.
I had 4 different female staff ask me if I was ok then started on thier pre recorded sales rant.
I had only been in the store 6 minutes
Talk about make someone uncomfortable.
Then at the counter they want your personal details.
Was seconds from just leaving the clothes on the counter and walking out.
Maybe management could take a lesson not hassling customers.
We have walked into your store, that in itself means we are interested.
Unwanted interaction after that is just creepy.so is asking for personal information.

Good quality clothing shop with an affordable price tag. They have sale items always and the products on sale are really good in quality.

Took my teenage nephews to get outfits for a wedding and we were given the 5 star treatment from Medina. Really great service and reasonably priced outfits.

Very bad experience today.i am a regular shopper at connor but today the lady at Connor fountain gate shop who called herself the manager behaved so poorly and unprofessionally. She thought i was there for some cheap sale item and tried to shoo me away. Connor is good brand but its a shame they have such employees who cannot respect their customers.

Tamara was just incredible, found these pants I really liked but they didn't have my size one member of staff told me that if it wasn't there they don't have it however, Tamara went above and beyond and searched through the back and even checked the mannequin till we found the right size. Thank you so much couldn't be happier!

Kayla helped me so much absolutely amazing! I didn’t know what to get or what I was doing as I was shopping for my husband. She didn’t even think twice about what to get and he absolutely loved everything! Definitely coming back here with all my friends and family! Thanks Kayla

What an Amazing store. The staff were so friendly and so helpful. This store is what customer service should be. Ariana helped us with a suit for my son, couldn't help us enough, Gorgeous girl. If every store in Australia had staff like Connor Fountain Gate I'm sure everyone would make enormous amount of money in a day.

Worst service. Waited for 15 mins while the lady at the counter was on the phone and the other staff walked back and forward in front of me and didn't offer assistance once. I was the only customer and I couldn't get service.

Great stuff, The manager Marina really went the extra mile to help every customers she possibly could.
