We went in looking for a suit for my partner.liam the sales assistant was BEYOND AMAZING! Greeted us so kindly, offered to style an outfit for him, picked out great options, offered alterations at a reasonable price and made the whole experience super easy! We got a great suit and a free pair of shoes! Will definately be shopping here more often!

What was intended as a walk in for a quick look converted into a significant last sale for the day. I was comparing a few different options and my decision to buy was purely based on both of the reps' personalities as no hard sell tactics were used. At no time did did they change attitudes like so many stores when "Just looking" is given by a potential customer. I don't recall their names but was on Wed 16th Oct about 5.15pm. Winning a sale is nothing compared to winning a repeat customer!

Normally love this place, but when I went yesterday there was a different staff member on and she felt rather aggressive. Pushing me to buy things I stated that I didn't need multiple times.overall not a great experience with her.otherwise the store has a great selection and all other staff are fantastic with helping choose what I should try out.

Brought my son here to get a suit for his formal. He didn’t know exactly what he wanted. The staff, Daniel was fantastic, just a few questions from him and and we got everything we needed in less than 1/2 hour and my son left very happy and satisfied with his purchase. Will definitely be back!

Had an awesome experience here today the two ladies who served me were lovely and energetic, had good banter but most of all a good fashion sense, the only negative would be the size of the shop nonetheless they had a great range of clothes. I recommend going in for yourself

Went to this store this morning and can’t believe how rude the staff were. Well at least the Asian girl in charge was. She kept telling the other girl off that was working there. She basically tried to accuse me of taking the ‘wrong’ tshirts. Because I commented to my friend that there were other styles and she rudely told me those were 2 for 50$. And I said ok and kept looking at the same tshirts I was looking at before. Took the ones I wanted and after paying for them she grabbed my bag and said. ‘I need to check and make sure she didn’t take the wrong shirts’ like I’m some kind of criminal. (She was saying that to the other girl that rang my goods up) I didn’t actually realise until she gave me the bag that she was referring to me. They wouldn’t even let u find your size because they didn’t want the table to get messed up. I mean it’s Christmas Eve for goodness sake. As people were putting their sizes aside the same chick kept trying to fold them up again. People were getting so mad. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be going back there.
