Visited the store last week sometime, was served by a lovely young lad who was extremely patient with me and it resulted in a nice multi sale for him. I didn’t get his name, but he was most helpful. Unfortunately I had to exchange one of the items the following day, and the young lady served me and was just as pleasant!
Overall, great service! Well done!

So I was invited to a wedding that I'm not really keen on going to (but have to) and I needed something to wear and this whole scenario might sound like something relatively easy for some people, but for someone who has social anxiety it can be something really daunting. I don't often go shopping for clothes as I'm constantly working so obviously since I was forced to find something my anxiety was higher than normal. After looking in 2 or 3 shops and finding nothing, I decided to try Connor, not thinking I'd find something. I cannot explain how the male store attendant that was working today (Saturday 23rd Jan) did what he did, but this was the first time in my whole 33 years of existence that I have felt comfortable shopping for clothes. He was friendly, kind, personable and quite the comedian (according to him!) and I walked out with an outfit! I'm not sure what your name is, but thank you. You probably had no idea that it was so hard for me to even walk into your store let alone try on clothes. More people who work in retail need follow your example. Thank you once again.

Albert was the guy that handled my sale, it was really a fairly brief exchange we had (I was only buying the one thing) but he was super friendly and approachable. I got good vibes from the guy, so much so that I left praise for him both at Conner's website and now here. Got a good coat too, and for a better price then I would've got at Tarocash, YD and online. All around positive experience.

We were there couple of weeks ago to buy a suit for my son for his formal. We absolutely did not have an idea on what to do. This girl with the curly hair, Mel helped us so much, that i ended up buying a suit too. Two full outfits with no headache at all. It went so smooth and easy. She dressed us very well. My wife was very happy about it. Thank you Mel, see you next time.
