Recently had two Amazing experiences here. My first experience was with Vicky. She was genuine, had very good product knowledge, knew where everything was and was very helpful and i didnt have to do any of the hard work in picking out a suit. She was very professional. I just gave her an idea of what i was after and she went and picked out the right stuff for me. She even got my size right in the two goes. She made my experience so easy and great even though I walked in dreading how difficult it may be to pick out a suit. My next experience was with Meghavi, i came in at around 5.10pm and they were closing soon but she welcomed me and told me it's fine and she will definitely help me out. We picked out a few shirts and a pair of shoes and she was so helpful and i felt like she would go the extra mile for me. She had a great smile the whole time she was helping me and she made sure that i got what i was looking for. I also got some great advice from Shireen there who was also helpful. I left as a very happy customer. I was so surprised as i had not been to a Connor store in a long time but i feel that Connor has definitely picked up it's game and is now a shop to watch out for. They are hiring the right people and have impressively good products. Nice work Connor! Will hopefully be back soon for more of your stuff and will recommend you to my family and friends! Very nice design shop and very clean. Staff members are very helpful. Efficient customer experience and when my son and I visited for his suit fitting the staff member efficiently serviced us.

There's always great sales and deals at Connor but the customer service in this store is bizarre. Every time I come here the staff seem annoyed with me, I never ask for anything but when I go to the counter to make a purchase I'm always met with passive aggression. Yesterday the staff were joking at the counter about who 'had' to serve me, it was pretty awkward and insulting.
I recommend Connor, just not this outlet.

I can usually buy what I'm looking for at Connor. One of my go-to places for good quality clothing.

Received the best service from Firas at Dandenong shop on Saturday. Exceptional service from a fantastic friendly young man. I was so impressed that I offered him to choose any shirt from his shop as a gift but he was too classy and nicely refused it. So I thought he deserved this comment.

Went to this store to swap (not return) 2 brand new and unworn pairs of chinos that were the wrong size. No receipt, so they couldn’t help me. Not rude, but completely unhelpful. Shame, as I’ve shopped there many times before, and was going to buy more clothes during that visit too

I went their nearly at the end of day but the girl "Noorah" provided bestest customer service i have ever seen as she might be tired of work but she didn't show that and that's why i highly recommend to go again and again to that place. She was attending 5 to 6 customers in one time and managing them so well.

I rarely write feedback! But just want to say - so far, this is the best place for customer service. I was looked after by a Turkish gentlemen who shared a wealth of knowledge and passion. And to top it off I had a lovely cashier blonde filo/viet lady take care of me! Customer service from the start to the end is the best you could ever ask for! Well done.

The staff at Connor Dandy Plaza are very friendly and they never stop greeting their customers. I came down here last week to do an exchanged for the item that i purchase at Fountain Gate. The lady was very helpful and customer service was class A despite it was a very busy day!

Hi, very inappropriate dress code. Most of your staff at Dandenong store (female) wears very Inappropriate outfit. I went there few times and always female staff wore singlet tops and showing Bra. I personally also work in retail and we have dress code. Your female staff Always wear singlets and tight or revealing clothes. Even the female staff at Casey central they wear the inappropriate outfit. So unprofessional and feels so uncomfortable Dandenong staff is rude and not helpful

Pretty diverse selection of mens clothing and plenty of specials. Staff can be a bit pushy if you're just browsing or just want to quietly try on a few things, however.

Very bad customer service, the sales girl was very rude and she said she cant process the refund for the items which we purchased, even though their policy says that refund can be done anytime and in any connor shop.change that sales girl and better connor train their sales people how to deal the customer compliance.actually i dont want give even only star but it didnt let me post without it.

Went in today with my 15 year old son and was greeted by a lovely girl named Vonda. She was extremely helpful and we walked out very happy with the service.

First time today in Conor, honestly after reading all this bad reviews about stuff there I was thinking not to go but I decided to give them a chance, I was really surprised with the level of professionalism with customers from the guy who worked there I don't know his name but on the receipe which I've got on my email I can read Sales Person No: 3185
Sales Person Name: VONDA I hope it's him.
He sold me a Jacket, two pants, belt, three shirts and he was all the time polite and nice with suggestions. In conclusion we shouldn't never trust negative reviews until we check it in person.
Prices are pretty low you take more than you pay

Good if you're shopping there in person. Bad if you're trying to get post purchase support, especially if you buy online. Would not refund items purchased online, basically not following their T&Cs.

Have bought from Connor multiple times, also always satisfied. Took a damaged garment back today, received excellent service.
