When it comes to shoes as let customers choose and then don’t want hear about not having great quality as Shorts and Half t-shirts are fine. If customers do not buy and then just leave them on there own.

As we have worn Woodland, Bata and Apache in past and they are not even expensive but Chinese producers must sent items which are better.

Lack of options for some over sized men, lady at the counter, not welcoming customers, no smile on her face.

Could not of had ruder customer service.
Went in to exchange a defective item. Ended up getting the exchange but had to pull up Connors terms and conditions to a faulty item.
Just continuous glares and rude service from both staff members.

Went in Sunday afternoon, store was clean and the customer service from both staff members on was A+
Best help I’ve had anywhere in ages

I bought a complete set of suit last month. The pretty half-American staff was refined, attentive to my needs and very polite. She even helped me with my exchanged item. She needs a commendation. However, the male assistant at that time was not so interested to help me and had that suspicious stare because I was wearing my dirty work clothes. In my opinion he could have thought that I couldn't afford an entire set of formal wear. The company needs to train staff on proper courtesy and dealing with customers.

I was shopping at Connor for 2 hours as I have a date this Saturday and I was after an outfit. But after meeting Steph and Mustafa I was convinced it was better that I bought 2 outfits.
Mustafa has an eye for fashion design, he is good at what he does. Steph was honest with me and told me what she thought. Great customer service from both, positive vibes.

Served by Alyshia this morning. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She suggested other items to buy but wasn’t pushy on the up-sell. Even better my partner was happy with the choices we made. Happy to recommend shopping here.

Clothes are good but worst customer service going around.
No help while browsing for any length of time and no assistance in the change room.
No information given regarding offers in store and no attempt to add on sell. These girls need to be working in a job where no customer service is required.

Clothes are good but staff working there not so good.specially the girl very moody.to some people she was very happy n to some she won't even smile.

The young girl was so helpful.and her sales ability was good she was friendly but not pushy always a good store for something fancy for the boys

You guys r awsome.specially the champ “Majd” working at conor cranbourne park is an asset for this shop.we r regular buyers but trust me Majd is the guy behind our comeback everytime. There r few people who love their job with heart Majd is the guy I ever saw who is so much dedicated towards his job. Again best of luck conor for ur services and products.

Staff girl not polite.
I went for shopping and looking around, she didn’t ask even once for help and treated rude when billing.

3 stars for good clothing. But 0 stars for customer service for phone calls. Out of all my working days i had the only time to make a run for an order i placed online to pickup from store and wanted to see if i could come for collection in a cab. I called 3 times and on the 4th my call was answered just to hear that shes busy and can’t talk! Like what the heck! Why cant more then 2 staffs be in the store? How does connor expect 1 staff to take phone calls, serve all customers or even take a bathroom break if need be? This is ridiculous. The customer service i great instore no doubt but more staffs should be appointed so that all pressure isnt on 1 staff and so that all customers a satisfied regardless instore or online! You can do better regarding the staff connor.

Pushy staff, try and sign you up without even asking if you want to so you're halfway through before you realize

it's likely for meeting key performance indicators, so this review is a reflection on the ridiculous business practices expected of employees

Very impressed with Dana's customer service! We purchased more than we went in for but extremely happy with out purchase and the service we received! Well done Dana ️

I'm not one to usually write reviews but felt the sales assistant who I delt with deserved the review. I cannot thank Jen enough for going out of her way as much as she possibly could to ensure that I purchased the correct and perfect items for my husband! Her friendly and professional manner will make me want to shop at this store again! 10/10 thanks so much again:)

Some nice business clothes here and casual too.but found the prices were better at other ships not far away by a few dollars and that adds up quickly. None the less.check them out.

Zero customer service. Went in for a change and initially said has and then said no without even looking. Tries to sell unwanted items rather than listening to what we are telling.

Very poor service. Went there to pick up click and collect order. Staff didnt ask order number and name just said to me that they dont have my order. Next day when order received the bag was opened and all the clothes were packed very poorly, looked like they gave it to someone else. Very poor staff service. Will never go there again.
