Helpful staff. Bought a couple of shirts for birthday present all went well. Could take them back if required but didn't need to.

Just had to buy an outfit for my daughters 21st and just wanted to say you have awesome team member Xantha for helping me pick an outfit. Very knowledgeable and awesome person to deal with.

Great customer service, I was greeted with respect and the team member (Fatih) was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 for Fatih.

The girl emjay was darn rude rolling her eyes at me whilst on the phone to her manager talking Turkish in which I understood everything being said and wasn’t amused. It wasn’t until I said I was Turkish and understood the tone changed.

Amazing service from literally every staff member Ive ever encountered! They're so helpful they take the tine to point out items for you & the prices are so good there's always a sale! Qualities of items is rlly good as well!

Very disgracefull customer service. The lady was very bad while talking today. She folded a the shirt and packed for my brother but then when my turn to pay came. She literally threw the clothes in the bag along with hanger and said us that that’s how they pack the things.
Neither did she said soory but just kept saying it’s the way how they do it.

How can she pack for someone properly and not for another person. Very disgraceful.
I don’t know the name of the lady but she was working today at 3: 00pm.
I hope the management has a word with her.

Fresh new shop, the store is now next to Tarocash in the same building. Good selection of clothes. Staff seemed friendly and did a pretty good upsell, not sure I ever would have bought pink flamingo socks! Prices are pretty sharp for suits, shirts and pants.

I had to collect a 'Click n collect' order for which I had an order confirmation, when I went in the store, the inexperienced sales guy without checking anything said we didnt receive this order yet, did you receive a confirmation email or phone. I said yes then he unwillingly went inside the store and got the item. He then asked me to show the original receipt which isnt required actually because I already showed him the order confirmation but I found out the receipt in the email and showed it to him. In the meanwhile the experienced sales lady was there and she said its not required to see the original receipt. That guy wasnt helpful, polite or respectful. I didnt like his attitude.

I was to fattttttt to fit in any of the cloths and they told me to go to the local fat guy store.i hate this place
