Staff were great, if you have plenty to try on best to go weekdays or early in the morning to get the best service. Plenty of range, keep up the good work.:)

I would not hesitate to recommend the staffs at DFO Essendon. Me and my wife were there on a Monday 26/09/2022. Jad and the rest of the team were so customer focus, helpful, and most of all very easy to deal with. They were all smiling and ready to help even at the most dumbest questions you asked of them. They or Jad in particular had us given an option and suggestions as to make our stay worth. We purchased an item that we thought was a single buy but he politely offered us a free item which goes with it. If it was not for him, we may have missed on a free item. Also, having my pant altered to my size, he personally organized to have it done as to the point of leaving behind his post just to make a customer extremely happy. A very warm and enjoyable experience with this man and not to forget the very smiling staffs who were with him on the day. 5-star for you Jad.

I recently visited Connor near EOFY and had a really good experience.
Naman was super helpful at directing me to some offers i had not seen online and made the selection of clothes really easy.
It's team members like him that make me want to keep returning to a specific store.

We had a unpleasant experiance and one that was extremely rude and aggressive from the team memember Sam. We where waiting in a lengthy line and noticed that Sam was the only operator on the register. We kindly asked if it was possible if there was an opertunity to have two on the registers as the line was quite long and not at his fault, was taking time to get through the customers. Sam in a very raised loud voice sternly instructed us that that wasn’t an option and to wait until it was our turn. The register beside him was not being utilised at all and we only asked the question. His rude nature only created unconfortability and embarrassed us those in the line, we shop quite frequently at other Conner stores and have never had this experiance. It was obvious that pressure was behind his attitude but any Customer should never put up with that. Sorry Conner but Sam was way out of line.

Big shout out to Michael and his friends at Connor Essendon DFO. Went in with only 20 minutes to spare to outfit my son for his formal. Very polite, so knowledgeable about Mens fashion, extremely helpful and so very, very gracious (at closing time). Fast and fabulous service. My son looks like a million bucks!

Left things to the last minute with some new clothes for work. Was on the phone to Harley who did everything he could and more to try be able to get me what i needed. Much appreciated, will be coming in to say thanks and experience this service in the flesh!

If you’re looking for a quality suit for a great price, Connor is the place! As well as great customer service as soon as you enter their doors. Especially from Josie (sorry if I spelt your name wrong)
She not only went out of her way to make sure the type of shoes I want will match my suit, but she even perfectly colour matched a belt to the shoes I picked. She also cut the belt to fit my waist size as I’m somewhat inbetween. If you go to Connor at dfo Essendon I recommend you see her for expentional expert advice, especially if you’re like me and have very little haha.

Spent the whole day shipping all around and this store had the best Staff we met, never felt like we were pressed into buying anything but they genuinely wanted to make sure we actually got what we needed, Kalpana was very helpful with all our inquires.

. She really knew what to show to whom for example she showed us exactly the stuff we need and we got almost everything we went for there. My parents really love the way she treated them.

Nice clothes and prices.unfortunately 1 staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful. Seems like she just could not be bothered.

Poor service
I purchased the item via click and collect and it appeared to be a most perplexing concept to your staff at Essendon DFO in VIC. So much so that I was served last compared to other customers whom entered the store after me. Those customers clearly have preference due to staff understanding the check procedure. The staff did not appear to be trained in how to fulfill a click and collect order or customer service in general. Very tedious and disappointing experience.
