Can't complain about this store. Good range of clothes and sizes. Bloke behind the counter was friendly and professional. And the price was knocked down a good amount when I went to purchase also.

This is a review of the store, not the brand! I purchased some shorts for my partner as a Christmas gift. Got the wrong size and had to return. Was told none were available so they would be ordered in a take a few weeks. Given I was told there were some at a store not too far away, I'm unsure they couldn't be ordered from there. Anyhow I was expecting a call and never received one. Followed it up myself and was told they weren't there yet and they would chase up. Finally they found them and I came and collected. To my dismay when my partner went to wear them he noticed what looked like bleach marks on the shorts. I've then been trying to contact the store to do another exchange and have called about 10 times over the last week and not once have they picked up their phone. I gave up and called Forest Hill who have been extremely helpful and provides wonderful customer service! I get knox is busy, but it shouldn't be this hard to make a return.

Shopping for my son, the staff on were amazing. Super helpful with sizing and style, will shop again at this store the best experience with connor.

Amazing customer service! The sales assistant really knew what he was talking about and helped me find clothes for presents I needed to buy.

Great style good value men's clothing. Best t-shirt design and quality for price especially 2 for deals. A must see before going elsewhere it's prices are very reasonable for all casual thru to suits. We have purchased many items here from t-shirts dress coats and pants chinos cargo pants dress shirts casual jackets over a number of years and never an issue.

I only buy pants there. They're a good cut/quality and reasonably priced. Shoes are nice as well. Got some stylish brown suede boots for $30 on sale the other day. I keep going back.

Called up to chase an order up that I ordered nearly 4 weeks ago (order was click and collect to be delivered to Knox City store), was told 3-4 business days when I ordered and when I offered my invoice number/consignment number I was told by James @ the Knox City store that it wasn't his responsibility to follow the order up. Not sure what your job entails, James but i would have thought that being in customer service, servicing the customer would have been in your job description? Time to step aside and let someone who wants to actually do their job have a go.

Went into this store recently, the first time I was helped by a young guy who was fantastic. So I went back again and the whole experience was not good. The girl who was there was useless and it felt I was inconveniencing her by asking for help. She thought she work in a high end store which it isn’t, and then another woman came in (I think she was the manager!) and she was worse. No smiles, NO help, just a sour look on her face. Seriously these girls have no customer service skills at all, they really think they are all that and they are definitely not! If I go back I will check first that they are not working.

Staff were to busy chatting away rather then helping serve me on an empty store thought would get prompt service. Waited for 15-20 mins even removed my own sizes then went to desk to pay wasnt even acknowledged. Hence walked out wouldnt recommend the store but brand is good
