Quality of product is very poor. I brought pair of shoe and after second use they not wearable. And when went for replace or repair to store they said in 70$ you can get this only.

I only once wore a t-shirt that I purchased. And it's the worst-quality t-shirt I've ever bought—it gives pills. I tried to return it, but the Chadstone store wouldn't take returns.

The staff in this store are very rude and arrogant.
They don’t even know how to deal and communicate with customers, I don’t recommend this place.

Went to the store today looking for a suit. Two workers were standing around chatting. Didn’t greet me. Didn’t ask if I needed any help. Really disappointing customer service experience, or lack of.

2 blokes stood around chatting and ignored my husband me. One bloke finally acknowledged us and fitted my husband in the wrong size (couldn't even do up the suit jacket) and wasn't until I pointed out it out that he was like oh yeah its too small. Not impressed.

Amazing Customer Service from Aisha, i was in a rush to a wedding and needed a suit quickly and she was really accomodating with my requests and was incredibly prompt with checkout. She really saved the day and was a absolute legend. Thank you so much!

The change rooms needed a clean and clothes re-hung. However the staff were really friendly and perhaps they were short staffed. On the flip side the choice of stock is always great.

I had a great in store experience today with Karin. I instantly felt comfortable, confident and excited about the range in store as she lead me through some options. Customer service has been pretty average post lock down but this store experience I had today changed my mind. Thanks Karin keep it up!:)

Good variety of clothes but young girl working there was not very helpful. Initially telling us about 3 shirts deals and then changing it later and blaming us for picking shirts from different area. Not impressed with customer service

Not bad! Amazing, If only they don't come as the same color I do not want to wear something almost the same color as anyone wearing from outside. Kinda awkward to see someone wearing the same color shirt lol

This is a great clothing brand for men, offering decent quality, reasonably priced suits in a variety of styles. They also stock accessories, such as belts and shoes. They often have sales which can see you save a significant amount of money too. My only negative word about this store is they play their music so loud that I could hardly even speak to the sales assistant upon making a purchase. I didn't find that to be a very pleasant experience.

Always have the perfect fit for my man, every time I go there, there is something new and nice.love Connors.

About the BEST experience I've ever had. A salesperson named Tina assisted me and several others to pick out great clothes. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend this store.

I went to Connor Chadstone this afternoon 02/06/2018.
The first changing room available was disgustingly dirty, then I went to the second one and it was in the same terrible condition. Clearly they haven't vacuumed for weeks.
I reported the situation to one of the ladies on duty, who replied that they are so busy to don't have time to vacuum. Then, I had to remind her that we are customers, people who go there to spend our money and finding a clean place to undress should be a must.
With all the people out there, who are looking for a job, I'm sure that finding someone able to give a more professional answer, is very easy!

All credit goes to the amazing Amanda, who should win a customer service excellence award for sure. Ended up buying 4 knitwear jumpers. Don't recommend the shoes - all synthetic, will start being smelly and fall apart shortly!

Decent prices for good looking clothes. I don't recommend the shoes though. Mine started falling apart after a month.
