This is such a beautiful store if you need to look for gifts or items for your house. Everything in this store is so unique and beautiful that you cannot only visit once. The owner is also super helpful and great to talk to. He helped me decide on a a candle because I liked more than one. Definitely visiting this place again.

The most delightful shopkeepers helped me so much. I was last minute shopping for a secret Santa gift for a Xmas work party I was already due at…! They both sprang to action to help me, I got the PERFECT gift and even had a VIP wrapping service to boot. Absolutely perfect gift shop for all people!

We were visiting from Adelaide and came across this shop. We came back three times in total! My partner and I were blown away by the products in this shop, especially the fragrance range as Adelaide has nothing like this! We ended up buying three fragrances in total plus a room spray and don’t regret a thing! The staff were amazing and super helpful, especially Anh and the owner. We would love to come back when we visit next time. If you’re in Melbourne, definitely check out this store. Such a wide range of unique products, fragrances and homewares! The customer service from Connection has far exceeded my expectations from a retailer. I live out of state in WA and mistakenly chose "instore pick up" on my order. I got a phone call within minutes to rectify ny mistake and then enjoyed a chat about the fragrance brands they recently started stocking that never felt like a sales push. My order was dispatched promptly with some generous samples included. Finally, the day after my order arrived I received a lovely personalized follow-up text from Anh asking if I was pleased with my purchase and the service I received. I felt really valued as a customer and will not hesitate to buy from Connection again. Absolute 5 star experience

The gentleman working today is such an asset to this store. He looked after every customer and made their experience personable. He is so attentive to everyone. Connection Homewares has beautiful products and is my go-to store for gift giving.

Today, I entered the store, in autistic anxiety and had a conversation with Wayne. I explained to to him my anxiety. He was generous, helpful, and authentic; understanding my constraints.

In 15 minutes I was in and out. Paying less than I expected and with more comfort than I thought possible.

Be warned, this place is dodgy.

I paid full price for an expensive drinks trolley. When I got it home in the box, it was badly damaged, I sent photos and asked for a refund the manager Troy said no. I said legally I’m allowed I bought it an hour ago and I have the receipt. He said no, I’ll only replace it with floor stock.

The floor stock was already damaged, so I said no. Again I asked for a refund, he said no take me to the ombudsman, I’m not refunding you. Even suggested me asking multiple times for the same thing was me going about it all wrong.

I’ll never shop here again, I’ll tell everyone and I will be going to the ombudsman.

Wayne took the time to listen to my interests and then brought to my attention a few options which demonstrated he really understood my needs as a customer. Excellent, timely and friendly communication; and professional follow up on an enquiry I had within the same day. Very happy with my purchases, I've been enjoying the happiness the candles have brought to my home. Finding this gem of a store is rare, but I now have a reliable and exciting place to go to for future gift giving, or to spoil myself.
