Connected Kids Allied Health reviews
4Could not recommend Ash and the team at Connected Kids more. Ash worked wonders with my very anxious daughter, who couldn’t walk into a classroom without a melt down, to now standing in front of the whole school taking assembly. All the strategies we were given for home were amazing as well. Thank you Connected kids, 5 stars doesn’t seem enough.
We have been attending Connected Kids for OT services for a couple of years & recently started Speech therapy also. As a parent who was absolutely lost prior to accessing this clinic, I couldn’t be more grateful for the outpouring of care, advice & support that I’ve needed throughout this period. I know without Ash & Tessa, we would be stuck in a world of pain & misunderstanding about our boys & their diagnoses.
The girls have always made it a priority to build & nurture their relationships with my 2 boys (and the rest of the family). OT & Speech therapy days are appointments the boys really look forward to attending because they feel safe, valued & loved. Sessions are fun & interactive but super productive.
These girls have been a shoulder for me to cry on in some really hard times in a world where not many people understand what it’s truly like to be a parent of ND children. I can not recommend them highly enough & will be forever grateful to have found them
We accessed both occupational therapy and speech pathology services for our son, and could not speak more highly of the team at Connected Kids. The clinicians made the time to develop a rapport with my son so he enjoyed going to therapy, but they also developed a relationship with myself, and my husband, to ensure our goals for our son were met.
Inexperienced person called us virtually without no professional manner wanting to know what is it from them we were seeking there help for. Totally NIL in understanding parents thoughts and opinion.
Rudely interrupted to hear this person say to another person "I can't deal with this guy " only to be passed over to another person with the same Attitude saying what do I want. I had no choice but to answer nothing at all thanks and hung up. I get better service from Domino's pizza when I call to make an order. PARENTS THIS MSG IS TO YOU. THESE GUYS HAVE NO EMPATHY AT ALL IN GENERAL, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK THAT THEY CAN DO ANYTHING FOR OUR PRECIOUS AUTISTIC CHILDREN THAT CANT TALK AND ARE SCARED OF EVERYONE OUT THERE IN THE REAL WORLD, THE ANSWER IS THEY CANT. JUST A WASTE OF OUR MONEY AND NDIS FUNDS.
I WILL BE REPORTING THIS NON PROFESSIONAL OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST.
