Overall experience was good. The process of booking for video consulting was easy. I feel I got sufficient information in the very first sitting itself. Dr. Sudhish Karunakaran was very much cooperative. The support staffs also very much cooperative as they were in regular contact with us prior and post consultancy.

Review of my consultation experience with Dr Nirmala Thomas at Lakeshore hospital, using Connect 2MyDoctor application on 27th Nov. Pediatric consultation was for my 4 months old kid. Booked using android mobile application and got a follow up call on my cell for additional details. Have send across a tele consultation consent form over whatsapp. Payment was made online by card. App will show a reminder 5 min before the appointment time. You can click to join the video call.
Doctor was patient and listened to our queries and answered everything clearly. We had already weighed the kid so that was helpful. Doubts were clarified and further instructions were given to us. Prescription was provided at the end over whatsapp.
We couldn't go directly to doctors office due to the distance. We need an expert opinion before going to a crowded hospital. So this worked for us. Thank you.

I had my share of apprehensions before the video consultation. It cannot replace face to face completely, however it delivers a closer experience. The customer support executive helped me through the process - from making an appointment to payment to consultation. The consultation was a good experience. The doctor took his time to take the history of the patient. The prescription was whatsapped by the executive later. The video quality needs to be improved - it should work well in a not-so-strong network too, like a whatsapp video call.
