We have lost much business due to poor service. Our business phone was not working we called then they took 5 days and food take away business is based on phones. This happened on AFL holiday where we were thinking to get huge sale but what we got nothing. Totally frustrating and disappointing.

Incredible fast service, above and beyond! We had an issue with our phones, which was the responsibility of another provider who gave us a week response time. Connectel stepped in so quickly and gave us a temporary response immediately and the next day came out of hours and fixed the problem.

Excellent service, communication and professionalism every time I call with a request/alteration to our business requirements. My 'go-to' person is Josh and he always provides 10/10 service. I highly recommend!

We have been with Connect Tel for a couple of weeks now and are beyond thrilled with our service. We had a hiccup last week and our service dropped out (this was a problem from our previous telco). I phoned Jarryd who was honest and upfront with me.informed me of the issue and had our service up and running within 12 hours again for us. (this issue required a huge amount of work to fix on the back end) Service from the team is exceptional! Especially Jarryd. If you are looking for a LOCAL telco team then these are your people. Always had good communication with the salepeople and understood the process from the start. They say what they do and do what they say. That cannot be said about a lot of Telco's nowadays.
