Connect Health + Movement

I have been under the care of a brilliant Physio at Connect Health and Movement for six months now. Initially working on increasing range of movement through a stiff arthritic ankle joint to maintain and improve full range of movement. Wonderful success! I have in gained 5 cm improvement, chasing down the gab between left and right creating a more balanced body. In this time frame I unfortunately also injured my knee. I was guided through my initial rehab and am now being supported by an individualised strength training program. This is delivered weekly in a friendly small group setting and overseen personally by a very encouraging physio. This program is designed to address both the injury rehab and functional strength for everyday life. Thanks Connect Heath and Movement for your care, commitment and compassion.

I attend the physio exercise classes at Connect Health + Movement in Flemington and they are just brilliant. I started these classes primarily to address chronic back and hip pain which as a result of the sessions has been dramatically reduced. I also needed to address early stages of decreasing bone density and consequently have had an obvious improvement in my movement and strength. Can't recommend this service highly enough.

Quick at making a time to have an assessment of my problem. Nip was very professional, courteous and informative. I came away with my injury feeling so much better and great online exercises to follow with a diary.

I had the pleasure of having Nip as my physio and he was just perfect. I came in with a tendinopathy injury and he examined it, put me onto exercises and reviewed my progress. Following these sessions he would ensure the exercises still hit the mark and was tailored and worked for me. Now healed and this is all thanks to Nip and his expertise. Great clinic:)

Had a great experience here with Nip. He’s respectful and patient. Was lifting my arm with pain but the treatments were really helpful. And also felt comfortable with using Mandarin with him too.

Great physio! Friendly, available, good equipment, easy booking, uses an app to guide and record exercises making things really easy.

I have been attending the clinic for ongoing visits. Liam continues to help with improvement and providing exercises between sessions. He continues to provide education at every session:)

I sprained my right ankle and injured the hip flexor on my right leg 2 weeks ago from playing soccer. Nip analysed and found out where my problem is through assessments, and designed a rehab exercise programs for me. His passion and broad knowledge in sport specific strength & conditioning, gave me a lot of confidence in the program, and my injuries were quickly recovered. I am now working on a new strength and conditional plan he designed which specifically targeting soccer players, to boost my future performance and reduce the risks of injury. Highly recommended!
