Can’t recommend Wai highly enough, he not only found us a killer refinance package saving us hundreds of dollars each month but was always on hand to answer our questions and give us advice. Nothing was ever too much and the communication from him and the team was outstanding.
When our initial lender of choice was taking too long Wai took the initiative to present us with other lending alternatives as he knew we were on a tight timeframe and actually negotiated a better package for us with a different bank.
