What a freaking joke of a company.
Numerous phone calls to Harry for a simple glass job and I had to give them the dimensions 3 times.
Never received a return call let alone a price.
They are not even worth the 1 star rating but it is not possible to give a zero or negative star rating.
Avoid at all costs.

Big shout out and THANK YOU to all the crew at Conery Glass. We needed our stores main front door window replaced same day, at really short notice, by the COB. They were really responsive, competitively priced and efficient, hence we still have an hour or so of trading, a quality job well done in no time!

Absolutely appalling service by this company.
We decided to use this company as they're local to us and we wanted to support them.
Organising a quote was an absolute nightmare. On 3 seperate occasions we contacted them to book a time and day, and in each occasion they failed to show or even call to rebook. And this was all after we had already paid a 50% deposit.
I don't normally leave review, but felt the need to warn others.
I only wish I had read the reviews before hand as there are many cases like this

Vance was brilliant, thank you. Glass taken to the factory, cut down to size, returned and installed. Marvellous service. And we saved heaps on not buying new glass and not wasting what we had.

I installed a 110cm X 90cm mirror. From quote to installation to payment, it is hassle free. The price is honest and competitive. No complaints.

BUYER BEWARE!

Would give a zero. Spoke to Harry 19th Feb to get a quote. Gave measurements and he said he’d call back. Never did and now won’t respond.

Harry was great. He replaced a broken window pane, which was more difficult and more time consuming than quoted. Very professional and efficient, shared his knowledge, and easy to deal with. Reasonable pricing too.

Very pleased that Harry was able to install my dog door without removing the glass panel. He also demonstrated how to use it with my kids and how they should train the dog to use it. We got it installed a few weeks ago now and it’s working beautifully. The Conery Glass receptionist was also a pleasure to deal with.

I had a broken glass door replaced by Conery Glass and it was a pleasure to do deal with the Conery Glass team. Harry the glazier came onsite and was very knowledgeable and efficient in making the repair. I’m so happy with the outcome. My next item on my to do list is to get a doggy door installed and I will be using Conery glass for this service.

I wouldn't recommend these guys, the way they do business is below par.
They arrived late, they don't follow instructions.

My windows were broken late Saturday afternoon. Upon phoning some of the larger companies, none would make a commitment to come or provide a clear indication of cost, so I looked for a smaller company.

Harry made a commitment to be at my house within and hour, which he was. He sealed the windows up (some companies said this alone would be $400 on top of the repairs) and said someone would be around on Monday to instal the glass and provided me with how much it would cost.

The glazier arrived this morning and completed the job and I paid the price that I was quoted.

My experience with Conery Glass has been nothing but polite, efficient and good value for money.

Prompt service. Appear to have done a good job. Competitive prices. The man who did the work was polite and seemed efficient and cleaned up after his finished replacing the glass.

I called 3 weeks ago about repairing some lead light windows. Spoke to Helen, who was helpful and told me to email photos of the damaged windows in question. I did that and no reply, so I sent a quick mail to ask if they received my email. I got back a simple 'Yes' in return from John.
That was on the 8th of November. Am still waiting for their reply. Obviously they can't be bothered with customer service. I suggest people use another company, as I am doing.

A very big thank you to the boys at Conery Glass for there great work. Excellent customer service very highly recommended and would call you without hesitation if needed again.

Great guys to deal with. Cut us glass quickly in an emergency for a good price. Would recomend.

I called Harry, i didn't get through, i left a voice message, and he called me back straight away, and offered to provide me with a free onsite quotation, he was very pleasant to deal with, i will be calling harry again to put in a doggy door

As I live nearby I went there for a quote on mirror insert replacements for a cabinet. The father, who runs the place with his 2 sons, gave me the quote; then his son, who does the glass work, started making smart remarks for no reason at all. I said that was no way to talk to customers. This crazy loony then approached and assaulted me! The father then tried making excuses for his lunatic son's behaviour! I advise it's safer to avoid these mad people. They're very expensive too.

Harry seems nice, and he was polite & enthusiastic. He took my calls (two), and each time promised to get back to me. He didn't. I went to the shop when he said it would be open, and it wasn't. I'm sure that if you connect in the right way, the service will be good - but it wasn't for me. I went to an alternative supplier in South Melbourne and had a five-star glass experience there.
