Faulty product which they are not willing to own up to. I purchased a 20L drum of the STASEAL. Followed the instructions to the letter, it started bubbling up after being applied. When I spoke to them they blamed it on me, not preparing the slab / temperature too hot.

I believed them so I purchased another 20L drum of the same sealer and paid a professional to apply it. The same thing happened (see photo). Slab was properly cleaned and allowed to completely dry, temperate on the days was 20 degrees and overcast.

When talking to their sales team they simply blame any issues on someone else. I was told the company owner would call be back to discuss but I have not received a call. They are simply not interested in helping.

Since these are not cheap products I would spend your money somewhere else that actually cares about the customer.

Very disappointed in the customer service I received. I was advised by a staff member to purchase 2 20l drums to seal my garage slab. This information was incorrect in my case and I only needed 1 drum. Purchased all hardware to apply the sealer in store and followed instructions provided by them. I requested a refund on the second drum and this was denied. I’m extremely disappointed in this as I only purchased this amount on what I was told in store by the staff.

Highly recommend the shop, they have wide range of products and more over their knowledge and experience make a big difference on the job.especial thanks to Steve to show me tips that I wish I knew them before.
