Concreters Warehouse - Concrete Supplies Melbourne reviews
17Great service. Spent time with me in their warehouse and talk me through exactly what I needed to get the job done.
I had tried return some sealer that I purchased which was excess to requirements. I sent 2 emails (within the required time frame as stated on the invoice) with no response and finally rang. After finally going to the shop they were not able to refund the product which I completely get but to deliberately not respond to emails to avoid the question doesn't grab me as a customer focused business approach.
Got some sealer for pavers half the price of bunnings and the owner/staff are so helpful and always give great advice.
These guys were awesome to deal with Adam from the keysborough store went above and beyond with helping me figure out what I wanted and then all the products I would need to achieve the desired outcome I was after. My concreter put me on to these guys and I'm so grateful he did because the service was second to none I highly recommend these guys for all your concreting needs.
After changing careers and moving into Concrete Sealing I contacted Adam from Concreters Warehouse for advice and assistance. He was amazing and his knowledge and experience and attention to detail have been outstanding. He always answers my calls day and night, delivers stock when I need it and recommends applications to help. Their products are first class along with the service. I have no hesitations recommending Adam and his staff and Concreters Warehouse to anyone. Thanks again and looking forward to a long lasting relationship. Clint.
Knowledgeable staff, usually have what I need in stock.keysborough branch stocks more than Camberfield but the staff at both stores are extremely helpful go out of their way to find products and will guide you with the correct applications. Highly recommend this company.
Great service from Adam, couldn't fault anything, order was collated and invoiced quickly and at a fantastic price
I visited the Concreter's Warehouse Store in Keysborough and I was very impressed with the customer service I received from the young lady. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. They have a great range of products for all your concrete needs. Would definitely go back again.
Great product range everything I needed in one spot, very helpful staff, Daniella served me and knew about everything I needed
5 stars, really helpful, thanks! Your tips on how to apply the sealer to my concrete worked a treat!
The staff are very helpful and quite knowledgeable with their products. I came in with a few questions and staff have happily given me sufficient information and advise. Definitely recommend this place!
Very rude, lack knowledge & they never have stock. My boys alway's come back empty handed after a trip to the store. They have let my company down on so many occasions. Very unreliable. Would much prefer to shop at Bunnings.
Enjoyed my trip to Concreters Warehouse, they spent a lot of time with me to explain how to best apply their concrete sealer on my driveway. I would definitely recommend using them, and will return again as I renovate other areas of my house.
Just visited this place to buy some stuff for DIY. Unfortunately, forgot to ask the name of the person who served me. I have admitted upfront that I am not expert in this area and I have full spill about the matter and left very satisfied even the person I deal with did not budged on my attempt to get some discount.
They sold me the goods but lacked experience with the product range. Sounds like another Bunnings but a lot smaller. Spent over $1200 dollars. Could have saved $400+ dollars. Materials were applied, but all did not work. Go figure!
Rude and downright abusive phone convo. Mate, next time just put an Indian on-the-line, at least those guys know what common courtesy is
Customer service over the phone was appalling. Rang up to see if they had the stock in what I needed to save myself driving an hour plus to the store only to be told sorry I am too busy to go and look for you. Didn't take my number and call me back when he was less busy. Would rather buy online then head into the store.
